Cold email with false information on it. The best part was the name was in the news earlier in the month. If one does not sign up for the service why bother sending false information? Don't try and bait a real estate agent.
We contacted Blueroof about creating us a new brokerage website and from the beginning of the process we knew these guys had been doing these types of projects for a long time. They were very professional and were able to take our old, outdated website and make a masterpiece that we will use for a very long time. We love the design they created for us and even though we had A LOT of pages they were able to get them all over to the new site. Their brokerage tools for managing agents and adding and removing agents from our roster is very slick. They are great to work with!
I loved working with blueroof360 to get my new website set up. They held my hand through the process and in my opinion they have the most skilled web designers comparing them with other companies I looked at. They created a website that matched my brand and looks amazing and I was able to give feedback. I love the way the search works on my website too and I would recommend them to anyone.
Website doesn't work and I tried to get the bugs fixed several times over a couple weeks and no one did anything. The product doesn't work but they'll take your money anyway and won't refund you. Horrible company. Please save yourself the headache and anxiety and disappointment and don't buy from them!!
Huge waste of money. Nothing but empty promises.
Before you read the rest of my review, a quick note-
As of right now there are two 5 star reviews on Google for this company. A little research reveals that both of the authors of these 5 star reviews work where? You guessed it...Blueroof360.
I paid a lot of money for a professionally designed website and a lot more money monthly to keep it active and it's been nothing but headaches and empty promises from the beginning.
Sales guy talked a good talk and what he promised sounded great but getting their design team to make good on his promises was a whole different story. We did eventually get most of what we were supposed to and let the rest go.
Then a couple months after our site launched they totally changed their back end office management part of it and got rid of most of the stuff that I wanted in the first place. I was told "too bad, you can use it as long as it's there but we'll be transitioning over to a new system soon so you will be better off just learning the new stuff". Except the new system didn't have any of the stuff I wanted from an office/agent management perspective.
Since then it has been nothing but problems, down time, changes not publishing the way they're supposed to, etc. Pretty much every time we want to edit anything on the site we have to go to tech support and spend an enormous amount of time trying to make it happen. And tech support is NEVER available by phone. Don't even bother trying. You will sit on hold for a long time and end up at a recording telling you to leave a message. But guess what...they're not calling back.
The only help you can get is the online chat which sometimes can resolve your problem on the first try, sometimes the fifth try.
Do not waste your money or your time.
Website is beautiful! I love the video in the background as it sets our website apart from all the others. Very responsive customer service.
I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Blueroof360 and the entire team during the development process of our new website. They are prompt, knowledgeable and great at what they do! They build beautiful, converting websites and they do it diligently. Would highly recommend to any real estate professional!
