RESE posted an apartment on KSL. I attempted to request a showing over the phone, but could not get through to an actual person. Instead, the automated system said to request a showing for the apartment through their website. I requested a showing online, just to receive an email from Matt Roberts saying that the apartment cannot be shown at this time. The email did not list any reasons why the apartment cannot be shown.
