I put in multiple requests for maintenance and they weren t taken care of until months later. I also paid an electric bill and was charged for that plus processing fees! I even provided proof that I already paid that bill BEFORE they sent me my security deposit! When I called and asked about it I got absolutely no help! I was also charged to fix holes already in the walls before I moved in I was also charged for the lock box that I left on the door as instructed. I have called multiple times asking to speak to a supervisor and I m always told I will get a call back and not a single person will call me back! This has been absolutely the worst experience of my life! I am a single mom and have had 0 help from this company in getting back the money that is mine!
