A good hotel... Lots of services provided.. nice and good customer service.

No free wifi it ruined it all btw i pissed in the pool

Breakfast service was bad, floor dirty but it was crowded also, so could be the reason. Food was great though. We saw some unsightly discarded construction planks and rubbish from where we were at level 14. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

It is a nice hotel with an elegant environment and delicious food.

The Renaissance is also the best in terms of facilities. I would recommend it as a stay except for the drawback that there is not much to do nearby. The staff are very friendly and the size of the room is also big, so it is a good place to stay in Singapore.

Enjoy the window view of the room and lift lobby . Can view both sunrise and sunset, and can see far away as my room was located at high floor.

Christmas Eve Buffet dinner. Wide selections, good quality food. Restaurant management needs improvement. Guests should either make payment upfront or upon leaving. The staff presented us the bill in the midst of our meals, it was rather rude.

We just had buffet lunch at Renaissance before we head out to shopping. The buffet and desert spread was good. The staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely come here again.

Very disappointing place and food for dinner. Dinner only offer buffet and Chinese restaurant Slow service. We ordered nachos and it was very salty. Didn't finished it. Service is slow. Servers just looked at us sitting at the table without asking if we need to order drinks.

It pains me so much to give a negative review to Marriott. I have been a loyal Starwood member for the past four years and while I was skeptical about the merger I've had nothing but positive experiences in the Marriott brand hotels... that was until this trip.

The hotel itself is not conveniently located anywhere; however, there are restaurants and stores within walking distance. I was really hoping for a getaway from Singapore that I could return to monthly, but sadly am I disappointed. I found the staff to be rude my first night and next morning. That's not to say that everyone was rude, but there are some bad apples. To be fair housekeeping was amazing and the staff in the club lounge are world class.

I arrived around 9/9:30pm at the hotel and was told the restaurants are closed, but the bar has bar foods I can order until 1am. Came down after unpacking around 11pm and they told me the kitchen was closed, but that I could order room service. I ordered as suggested, but it took several attempts to reach an operator. When I finally was able to place my order I was told food takes about 45 minutes. 75 minutes later food hadn't arrived so I called downstairs and again no one picked up. When I did reach someone the told me did was already being sent up. So 90 minutes after I ordered the food shows up. It's cold and incorrect, but since it's 1am I don't have the time nor energy to wait for them to fix the order.

I really wanted this hotel to be my regular weekend escape or to stay here a week at a time. I hope Marriott opens up a new property near JB Sentral with the quality of their SPG hotels.

Buffet was fantastic, gym and pool is very big. Great location to restaurants and street food.

Hotel is fine but location is a bit far from JB town. The Chinese restaurant is expensive and with so-so taste only.

Went to BLD cafe for pre-mother day celebration with family. Food was great and ambience was good with not as much people as it was a weekday. Pricing for the buffet dinner was good at rm $99.90 nett for each pax. Quality was good but certain items was not really up to standard like the roast chicken was tasteless and hard. The samba prawn was not fresh. Other than that most food are good. The dessert section was marvellous as usual with the multitude amount of cakes and pastries.

Overall an ok hotel.
The beds are comfortable, service is good however the slippers are kinda thin and there are stains on the bath robe. There are a few places to eat and massage in the area.

I made chicken and hamburger.
But the hamburger was not good enough to eat. The inside rooms are clean and the views are also decent.

The room toilet is not that clean. Stains cannot be remove on the seat cover. Should replace the seat cover with clean one.

Been staying there for 2 night. The club house is nice with great service. Breakfast has lots of choice but quality is average. The room is great where I had a platinum executive suits with a connected room for my kids. Location is great with lots of food and massage shops nearby. Overall a great experience with Marriott Hotels.

Best hotel in JB! Rooms are great. Staff is great, and most speak english. Breakfast is the best I ever had at any hotel.

Went here just now for Valiram Sale. Paid Parking at the receptionist and asked for receipt and she said takde resit. Not sure if it's free or what. The ticket also doesn't have any sign of validation. Nonsense if no receipt.
