The hotel was very intimate, the rose petals were arranged in our room, the breakfast was super rich and the overall was great.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable, nicely equipped.

The best hotel available in Permas Jaya and near Pasir Gudang. As a Marriott Rewards member, I always being offered a room upgrade and complimentary Executive Lounge access with buffet dinner.

Breakfast was top notch.
Executive Lounge food never disappoints either.

Pool, gym and spa at same level. Gym access 24/7. Pool closes at 9pm.

Love it that they always greet my by the name as soon as I arrive even before check-in.

Will always stay here for my business trip to Pasir Gudang. It is a better choice comparing staying at Masai area due the road is less likely to have heavy traffic.

5 star hotel, friendly, recommendations for those who bring family or two because the place is very comfortable, two thumbs up.

Beautiful rooms, spacious twin beds. The size of one bed is literally like a junior queen. Breakfast buffet spread is fantastic

The lunch buffet is 78RM on weekdays. Menu rich, noodle dishes can also be made by choosing ingredients. Are there relatively many seats? Try parking at the hotel once. I would like to use the hotel's Chinese restaurant.

Excellent hotel with large rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is really impressive here, lots of freshly made food. Plenty of local,, small restaurants closeby. On the downside: It is a bit further away from downtown center.

Good experience. Finally found a hotel that offered more vegetarian dishes, wish they will eventually have a vegetarian corner n cater for the vegetarians too.

This is the best hotel on the island. There are many other people who came to work in the shipyard and there are many tourists. Room conditions are basic, and restaurants, banks and massage shops are also easily accessible on foot. I regret that breakfast can be served in my appetite but there are few things going hand in hand.

Busy Neighbourhood so parking was a little difficult even within the hotel itself. Were attending for an event and the bar staff were quite helpful and attentive.

Location while quiet is pretty good, with food and massage choices abundant in the vicinity. The hotel itself is excellent, and the conference facilities are top-notch. And I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. A hidden gem.

Nice rooms with good layout and amenities. Surrounding area has some eateries amd there's a feeder bus to Pelangi Plaza and KSL too. Nice security feature for entrance and lifts mkes this a safe building

The hotel was clean, service was good especially when we complained about noises from the next room, the staff immediately took action. And thanks to them, I could have a good sleep. Breakfast was served with multiple choices and delicious too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'll recommend this place for a relax stay. Note that the location isn't in city centre.

went to this hotel to attend course, which ended with buffet dinner. there are plenty of seminar rooms for this kind of function. received kind help from the staff for certain request.

however, the thing i would like to compliment the most is the buffet dinner, it was AWESOME! i dunno if it is because of I went on a saturday night or certain festival event or is a routine buffet dinner, but it is really full of variety, something extraordinary to usual hotel buffet like seafood (mussel, prawn, crab), 3 types of soups (which most hotel only provide 2 type of soups), all kind of dessert from bubur pulut hitam, cendol to ice cream, with at least 15 types of cakes, an exclusive mamak outside the dining area (providing mee mamak, murtabak, satay, etc etc smoky stuff), a special stall providing all kind of fried stuff like fried durian, sweet potato, banana, etc).

The sheets were not changed, there were hair; 2 towels were missing

location easy to find and access with many eateries nearby. facilities are maintained well (pool, gym etc.) room service is a bit slow but nevertheless good

This is nice hotel in Johor Baharu. Having nice veriety in breakfast . Food quality is also good. Nice place to stay.

Location is very good, near to Aoen Permas Jaya, 5 mins drive to Senibong Cove, 10 mins to Midvalley Southkey, 15mins to Ikea Tebrau/Toppen mall, 20 mins to CIQ, and their breakfast buffet is definitely nice! I will visit again and will be my first choice when I come jb

Swimming pool is poorly maintain, with many submersible lights spoilt, not repaired. Pool is dark, unsafe for usage, water is cloudy. Nonetheless staff are friendly.

Near to JB City Centre about 10 to 15 minutes drive from Malaysia Customs.

Clean and spacious room. Most importantly it is baby friendly.

Request for a free baby cot upon arrival.

I was here few times for dining and events. The environment and services are awesome, food and drinks are good. I like the bright lobby during day time too. Make a day here and you will agree with me for a refreshing day.

Taxis only takes cash and this hotel has no ATM? Very inconvenient for guests.

Serious issue of the sound proof in this hotel
I'm staying in room 1330,about 4:40am I was been woke up noisy the noisy kept getting louder by 4:50,the noisy that produce was a women keep screaming ,she is enjoying herself so much that it last about 30mins.
