Love this place! The room was beautiful and modern. Lots of space. Looks new. Very clean. Usable tolietry. Convenient location. I felt safe. Thw buffet was amazing with abundance of variety of types of food. Fresh juice bar in buffet. Lots of food and desserts! So happy! Staff is all friendly and courteous!
20mins drive from main city. But you have some peace and quietness in here. Clean and nice hotel. You have McDonalds and Domino's pizza near e hotel (5mins walk). About 10mins walk from Aeon mall.
Went for the weekend buffet..disappointing menu..nothing to.shout about

Breakfast really good. Room okay but very thin walls. When I was lying in bed I heard everything that happened next door. Even when the case was opened you could hear the zipper. The doors of the rooms close automatically and with a loud bang. You can imagine what's going on if you want to sleep longer.
The worst thing I found was the pool or around it.
No cushions on the loungers and the loungers themselves noodle and uncomfortable like anything else. Since we have been better located in some 3 star hotels. Unfortunately, there is also the fact that the pool area has pretty bad smells at regular intervals. Who knows what exhaust air is extracted there. Positive very nice staff throughout the house. Therefore for us only a 3 star classification.
Couldn t ask for any better. Relatively new hotel and good amenities nearby! Try to catch the Pasar malam (night market) if you can!

The rating i gave here is the same stars they should earn by the Hotel Star Ratings! Superb hotel! The room is magnificient eventhough it's only a deluxe room. Breakfast was fantastic, with so many choices to choose from, almost like a lunch buffet. The service is excellent! The hotel staff is very nice. I can gurantee to all who saw my review, that it's gonna be a great experience staying in this hotel
I have stay for 2 weeks and all are satisfactory. Good menu and the best service of restaurant especially from Ms Eza, Ms Yaya, Ms Ella and their team.

We had our brainstorming session there last two weeks. We, pax of 11 were given a corporate room, complete with two sets of flip charts, stationeries, connection to smart TV and wifi, morning snacks, lunch buffet and afternoon tea.
All of them, of course with great customer service from the event coordinator were only RM 259 per pax.
The lunch was the highlight of the day.
Too many varieties to mention with. Indian, Western, local Malay cuisine, seafood, dumplings were there for us to eat to our heart content.
Easy 4/5 stars from me.
This has been an amazing stay so far. Top quality hospitality, friendly service and great accommodations. The room is clean and comfortable with apace to sit back and relax.
One of the classier hotels in JB, albeit located a distance away from most of the interesting sights. Still, there are some good local eats within walking distance, as well as a JUSCO for groceries. Property is a bit dated, but very comfortable and comes well equipped with standard amenities. The buffet breakfast is most excellent, and certainly a highlight of any stay.
Location is vague, but rooms, swimming pool and restaurant are good for price.
All services are great and the breakfast also delicious,many variants food from Asian and western also there is fresh juice from the fruit that we can pick ourselves. The taste was great..

Came with my brother for an afternoon tea cum his birthday treat.
Everything went well as planned. A complimentary cake for my brother & staffs sang him a birthday song. For rm70, the tea set for 2 was good with delicious pastries & dessert.
Its run-down gym and not so tasty breakfast is a frustration.. not to mentioned the room was not properly sign with QIBLAT and this is very poorly manage by the staffs
