5 star hotel with services nothing less. Momo Cafe has really good food. The executive lounge is nice and simple. The hotel staffs are the nicest people you will ever see.
Whatever Marriott advertises about this hotel is absolutely true. The hotel is nothing short of beauty, elegance, comfort, luxury and warm hospitality. Loved every minute of my stay! (Hope the jacuzzi is fixed now!)
Nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is strategic, not far from BTS. Easy to go to the central of Bangkok. The restaurant manager, Akkasithd Krairiksh is also very helpful, and giving fast responses to our suggestions and ideas for improvements, meanwhile the chefs and staffs are also very friendly and polite. Breakfast is really good! Lots of various delicious food!
Much better than the Courtyards in the United States. The staff here is exceptional. Every one that I encountered were friendly and helpful. From check-in, the security, concierge, others staffing the front entrance, the cleaning lady, MoMo Cafe staff, the executive lounge personnel, and finally my late check out at 2pm, I've not encountered such a well-trained and helpful team. I booked two nights on points. It was the lowest in Bangkok for the Marriott chains at just 12500 points per night. I only have the gold elite status. But drew the lucky card for access to the executive lounge. Located right on the Ratchaprasong shopping district, with a sky walk linking a bunch of large malls together. On Google maps you might think that it was a long walk to get into the hotel from the main road. It is safe though. Every building along that walk to Courtyard has its own security point and guards. It is well lit and I did not feel uneasy walking in from the main road. There's a balcony at the executive lounge on the top floor to get a night view of the surrounding tall buildings. For those not taking the taxi in from BKK, you get here by the Bangkok MRT Airport Link to its end point, switch to BTS and get off at Chit Lom station. Don't try cutting through the Renaissance hotel as it doesn't have a back door that lets you go directly to Courtyard. Cut through the malls through Grand Hyatt emerging close to the side street that leads to courtyard. The Courtyard staff made the stay memorable.
Not the best. They charge full amount of your stay plus 1000 THB per day extra for incidental. And it is pain when you check out. Will never stay here again. They don't trust corporate customer too.
Very busy hotel but value for money. Abit more inner Soi but they have a tuk tuk service. Not a JW Marriott standard but it's still good value for money
Killan (GM) and his staff do a great job. Excellent service! Very accommodating with early check-in and a very reasonable cost for late check out. Great location to shoping! We will be bacj. Suj
Nice hotel in a great location. Near shopping centers and a lot of things. A free tuk tuk goes to the metro station. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable mattresses and pillows.
My wife and I stayed there two days ago with our four year daughter. The food is very poor quality and not good value, better eat on the street. Breakfast very poor, dry bread three days old, oily eggs and low quality coffee. Our daughter was sick late at night, possibly food poisoning, but he hotel staff offered no help. We had to hire a taxi driver to drive to a pharmacy. The staff are very good at giving the Thai 'Whai' but pretty useless at everything else.
Stayed here with my family over the last weekend holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Mr Kan, the front office manager, immediately assisted with my check in when the reception was busy. He was kind enough to oblige with my request for higher floor family room despite high occupancy. The room and bathroom was spacious and bed was so comfy. Excellent concierge service who took care of our travel arrangement. Within walking distance to BTS station and everywhere! Great work from the team who made our holiday a wonderful one.
Poor service attitude from tuk tuk driver and Momo restaurant staff. The rooms were okay but generally disappointed with our stay here as the service we received was not befitting to the Marriot brand of hotels.
Friendly staff. Good quiet yet central location. Breakfast below par for a Marriott. Hotel could do with an overhaul. Air ventilation is simply bad. Had to change room due to smell, which didn't make it much better. Not treated as a valued Marriott loyalty member.
The service staff in this hotel is amazing HOWEVER, the aircon in the room is terrible. I had no good sleep for a week when I stayed. U totally feel no aircon in the room whether it is 16 degree or 5 degree celcius. I d complaint 3 times already but it makes no difference. Its either the hotel thats trying to have everything kept at high temperature, no wind/air flow from aircon or the maintenance team has bad English.
There is a dedicated shuttle Thai three-wheeled bicycle transfer, very convenient! The service attitude is very attentive, and there is a buffet that is not a special offer. I have lived for three days and eat their morning buffet for two days. The price is $10, and the style is more than 10 points. Indian breakfast, Chinese-style snack package. There are also Japanese-style breakfasts, etc. Most of them are 10 points fresh and ready to eat. The fruits are carefully selected, very delicious and fresh, so that we can save a lot of money to sell fruits at night. Open-air bar watching football, 10 minutes of good atmosphere, the environment is also set to 10 points with a holiday feeling, it is worth to enjoy the hotel's advanced services, and the price is quite reasonable, about 500 Hong Kong dollars to more than 600 Hong Kong dollars a night. When we call the taxi for us, we also give us the information card about the instant complaint or follow-up. Be careful to give taxis a random price. We will arrange a reasonable airport pick-up taxi after check-out. The charge is only THB 300, plus a high-speed toll of $75 baht, which is close to half the taxi fare we took from the airport. Usually we have to pay 600 baht to get to the hotel.
It's not a brend new hotel, but the quality of the service the kindness of the workers it's very high! If you need an hotel because you are working it's one of the best in bangkok
Comfortable 2 night stay with my husband and 9-year old twin boys. Check-in was smooth. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast management was impressive. I'd specially like to mention the restaurant manager Akkasithd Krairiksh. He went our of the way to ensure we had a problem-free meal, both days at breakfast. Room 701 was the perfect size with all amenities. Bed was spacious and soft. Well-located with the sky-walk nearby and complimentary tuktuk service to nearby key areas in the shopping district. Thanks and will come again!
Area of improvement: Pizza was over by 9.30pm on both nights in Momo cafe. Fried spring rolls were over too.
Short walking distance from Central World and the main shopping district. Nothing fantastic about the rooms although they are clean and cozy unless you are looking for W hotels fun loving rooms. Price is fair considering the location and the room standard. Staff are friendly as what we come to expect from a Marriott hotel. They even have a Tuk Tuk shuttle service that brings you to the nearby Chidlom BTS station. Overall a great place to stay. It's off the main shopping belt so you don't have to worry much about noise or dust pollution.
Good place for conference & meetings ! Nice ambience & food. Centrally located in Bangkok and close to BTS. Good accessibility to local places including Malls. Tuktuk facility & other amenities avaliable. Good staffing & great variety of food stuff !
As always a marriott experience, friendly staff and clean and homey hotel. Bit of a walk from the main shopping area especially in the scorching weather but they provide tuk tuk to go round to nearest train station.
Staffs are really friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Drinks and shower gels are refilled each day. Free tuktuk ride out to the main street. Amazing experience.
