Favourite hotel in Johore. It's a quiet area and the small village outside has some nice eateries. Good for a weekend getaway.

Nice hotel in a strange location. But worth the money.

Food quality quite bad, pasta station does not even know what aglio olio is. Roast beef overcooked.

Stayed for a night in a joined room, attended my cousin's wedding there too. Stay was very comfortable the room was excellent, beds were huge, toilets were grand, mirrors aplenty, lots of space. But the service staff at the banquet were not as excellent. They didn't know what "Can I have a glass of water" meant, they cleared my plate before I was done. Was not very pleasant.

Spacious place for sizeable meetings, exhibitions and conferences. Lunch buffet offers great variety in dishes and ambience for lunch discussions

Best hotel in Johor Bahru and had a few overhere. Good location friendly staff and good service. Pool, 2 restaurants, convenience store, gym and club lounge are all present inside the hotel.

Luxury accommodation and great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Disappointed from being frustrated with card at the lift, limited English TV & Menu. On the plus side the limited menu is cooked to perfection and housekeeping are great.

The decor is especially nice, but because it is a more advanced hotel, things are more expensive.

Best hotel in jb imo. Comfy bed, superb breakfast buffet - especially the indian cuisine.

Hotel is not well maintained. Housekeeping service is not up to the standard. for example, shirt left on the bed was not folded and placed nicely. Instead, the shirt was found messily placed on my luggage. Aircon is super cold and temperature is unable to be adjusted except for on and off.

Great facilities and value for money. Away from city rush, yet just a short drive to JB causeway and EDL interchange

Not quite located in downtown JB but still a nice place to stay if going shopping in the city is not quite on your bucket list. Reckon many people stay here as a convenient place for visiting the theme parks as the hotel provides bus shuttles to and fro to LEGOLAND. This the only SPG hotel in JB.

Hotel itself is quite well appointed with choice of F&B outlets, else just walk around the vinicity and you will find heaps of F&B outlets. Didn't think. Much of the pool but the room are decent sized and comfortable. Overall well maintained.

Quite classy. Business style. Rooms were clean and tidy. Have a parking lot. Lots of local restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable experience.

I can not get this for the price. Oh ... I can not go anywhere else if I have breakfast.

Good ersvice and nice rooms but TV connection was poor and was fuzzy.

Rooms are all newly renovated. Nice modern decor. Many local good food outside hotel. I like the bakuteh n frog leg porridge. Lots of night food. Walking distance to Big Aeon mall

Buffet Dinner was quite good. A bit on the pricey side, but you get a wide variety of asian and western cuisine. Desserts range from cakes, puddings, jellies and ice creams. The only thing is that the standard for the ice creams has somewhat dropped, as they serve soft serve ice cream now, instead of ice cream from the tub. Overall, it is still worth it heading there for an occasional dinner.

Hotel is very good environment.
All front desk stuff were very friendly and helpful even we not staying there jus walk pass also they will open the main glass door and smile to us. Good stuff's!!!

I used it when I went to Legoland. Although it is the opposite direction from Legoland Malaysia, it still didn't cost much to move with grab.

The building is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and ok.
Unfortunately there was no upgrade, but it was still upstairs.
Johor Bahru is the only Marriott hotel here, but the content is satisfactory.

Having buffet Ramadhan earlier today. The food was superb. So many variety.

Weird. Called for reservation two times, both waiting for about 5 minutes. No one answered.

First time I ever heard that one has to pay for free WiFi in a 5 stars hotel.

Great service. We were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff decorated our bed with roses. The room was spacious and comfortable

Would say it s the best around the area, with plenty of food choices in vicinity, free carpark with security.

Breakfast was good, do purchase the vouchers at the hotel receipt counter to save some money.

Gym is pretty huge with plenty of equipment, pool needs to be improved, good enough for lap swimmers but not advisable for kids.

Shower gel and shampoo are very nice and pleasant.

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay.
