The facility is clean, and it's good to go anywhere with a straight line. By the way, it was a sloping hill in Light Rail Station, so it was hard to drag the trunk. I do not think it's a good idea to do this.

One of the workers in the building next door was working hard, but I was assigned a room without a view to be able to watch. The staff is friendly. With Marriott Bourne Boy app, you can get the answers by asking then when you need it by chat.

Good location, friendly staff, good gym, however rooms were dated, some issues with noise, and room service quality wasn't great. No specific benefits for Marriott elite members. Won't return.

I stayed with a group fo an event at the Renaissance in Seattle. The staff are friendly and helpful. I knew I wouldn't have any problem if I needed help with our double bed room. The room itself felt spacious enough for a group of four and came with all of the usual things except for a microwave. The renaissance is only about 3.5 blocks away from the convention center itself. So a nice walk or very small drive should you choose to. Not that we did though as the hotel has on site parking. Overall I look foward to staying at the Rennaiance Seattle next year for the same event.

Second year I've been here and I've been very happy. Staff are kind and courteous and deal with our crazy group in a professional manner. Heard great things about the new restaurant, and the facilities are top notch!

Room was nice and staff was very friendly and open to help with all needs I had. Location couldn't be better, rooms were nice and clean. Only down side was no microwave in the room it was a commutative microwave on another floor, wasnt too big of a deal but would have been nice to have one in room.

Conveniently located right by the highway, walking distance to lots of places in downtown including pikes place market and other tourist attractions, clean room, friendly staff, helpful concierge

Very friendly staff! Beautiful and Clean. I was there for a seminar and the continental breakfast was very good quality. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good place to eat lunch. Excellent service.

Very nice hotel with great staff. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and it's just as nice as the first time. Proximity to the Pike Place market and restaurants is great. And if you have access to the M Club Lounge the view of the city is spectacular.

This place has change so much since I first stayed here that it is nothing short of sad. The lounge for the Marriott Members used to have free bottled soda and a Starbucks machine. That you could get a free latte or cup of coffee or essentially any basic Starbucks coffee. The last time I stayed there they had cleaned out the cooler where the soda was being kept and the Starbucks machine was out of order. The one plus about their over priced parking is unlimited in and out privileges. Would advise not to get a room facing the I5 since that is just constant 24 hour noise. Due to being a Marriott Member have never had to pay for Wi Fi but seriously any hotel that is still charging for this service is just scaring away possible customers. They fail to realize the more you are able to keep your customers in their location the more the possibility they will spend more time and money there. Since people these days are addicted to their cell phones and the internet. But hey live and learn. For those that don't know downtown Seattle (downtown towards the water front) is slightly hilly and this hotel is located at the top so you will be walking down to the tourist spots and walking back up to get back to your room.
My advice a high floor facing towards the water front or away from the I5.
The hotel was generally pretty clean and used to be popular with the Japanese tourist, since back in the day they used to have a Japanese tv channel. But once again no longer.

Less than spectacular. Good location, but cramped rooms and subpar views. Parking is expensive and decor is a little over the top with its contemporary theme. Service desk seemed polite enough.

Celebrated my boyfriends 30th birthday here! We got an amazing room with a view of the space needle and the water! They had great food and drinks! We were bummed that the lounge was closed on the weekend seemed like a weird time to have that closed but the hotel bar was still open!

I came here as a host to a conference, but was treated as an All-Star as a guest. The rooms are amazingly pleasing, clean, and welcoming. The staff are prompt and cheerful. There is no lack of anyone here wanting to help with anything a guest would desire.

Had a great stay at the Renaissance.. Gym was nice too. Paid for parking one day and then parked on the street the next to save the expense. Room was spacious and view was nice.. Would stay again.

So there was no complimentary breakfast. Room smelled like smoke. My suit had to be dry cleaned later but the public embarrassment of being intervied in a nasty smelling smoky suit was very disappointing only reason i went to seattle. Also windows were smudged and dirty. Beds were hard. Staff acted like they didn't speak english which was very aggravating. Honestly felt the hotel was way over priced. Stayed 3 nights and got more sleep in the car on the way home. I will not be returing. Poorly managed and up kept.

I stayed here over new year's 2016, it was a great place, staff was amazing, and I didn't drive so I got no clue how bad parking was. it was easy to take the light rail form the airport and walk here though.

The hotel itself is good, clean, nicely decorated. The restaurant on the 28th floor though is taking advantage of the view. The view is awesome but service is terrible, food was cold when it got out and we waited 30 minutes for a glass of wine after ordering it. The server even did not take away empty glasses from previous party when we sat down. The restaurant on the first floor has much better service.

This is our second time staying here. First time was in January for Maroon 5. Then the TV didn't work. Parking was expensive. This time and I'm currently in the room, TV (different room) doesn't work (no sound and it keeps scrambling). Water it is either hot or hotter than the sun. Not what I want when brushing my teeth. Just gotten ill for parking.$30 plus another $9 parking tax!!! Oh and there was no where to park so we HAD to Valet it! What the hell? I don't think we will stay here again. Can be a great place, but needs some changes! Look around they aren't the only game in town. So disappointed...

Barely OK for a Marriot experience. Breakfast offering was limited and very cafeteria like. Rooms were clean and well kept. Television channels limited and in room coffee was lousy (mind you this is in Seattle). The concierge lounge was closed one night and used for an event the other so that was also another perk we missed out on over a weekend. So many choices in Seattle, you can do better for the same amount of money.

Nice location, near Pioneer Square. My room was very nice, with modern decor, which reflects the local Seattle scene. Less than 1 mile from the train station, bust station and the waterfront. Very close to the main library, as well.

A nice hotel. I visited Seattle during a Sounders game and stayed for the weekend. The two nights I stayed I slept well on comfortable beds and had access to internet TV through the Hotel's television. I did not take advantage of the room service or the continental breakfast, which was available. Affordable parking in the area with elevators from the roof to the Hotel's parking garage. There was a set of escalators to the basement floor where there were what looked like several conference rooms and some corner seating to lounge. I took advantage of one of the nooks to turn a few pages while my comrades slept through the early hours of the morning. The decor was nice but nothing really special. The hotel had a decent layout with a discrete staff that did not disturb me while I read. The staff also, did not disturb the gentleman who appeared he had a midnight fight with his significant other (sleeping on two chairs) which I appreciated.
I would probably stay again.

Nice hotel located on the border of downtown in First Hill! Came to visit friends; the rooms are nice but it honestly is an expensive place to stay. Overall they have some nice features, like a bar, room service which is < 20 min, and a big fancy lobby, but not really worth the price IMHO

Great hotel and great staff! Hotel seems pretty up to date with the times. Got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views. 28th floor has a lounge with even better views. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back here!

I stayed here in February. I was on the 21st floor facing the freeway and was stoked with how quiet the hotel was. The staff was totally accommodating and helpful. Great furniture, lighting, and super cozy bed. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Location is good but there are many other hotels closer to main attractions in Seattle withon the same room price range. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is very friendly.

This hotel meets most of the expected requirements, but I was disappointed with the Elite Member's lounge. The food was average but service was poor. The internet was a bit slow, and the HDMI input in the room didn't work properly. The location is great as long as you don't bring a car. I have been much happier with the SeaTac Marriott.

I drove my wife and her best friends for one of their bachelorette party and the hotel was great about getting everything set up for them and making sure we had the access we needed. The hotel is also supremely nice along with the rooms.
