Poor service. No little shop in the hotel to buy little essentials like snacks, ibuprofen or simple toiletries. Poor quality breakfast, and was very dirty. For the hotel it is, certainly expected higher quality amenities and service.

Nice, clean, trendy hotel. Great spacious rooms and good views. Expensive parking, but that's just Seattle. Within walking distance to Pike's Place Market and a lot of great restaurants, shopping, and hang outs. Would definitely stay again!

No doubt this is a nice hotel. The service is all you except from Marriott. The positive outs a given. The amenities are good. Now: for the price, I would expect the rings to be something special, they are not, same cheap, boiler plate rooms from any Marriott. Perhaps, for the price, you would expect free WiFi. No! Parking included. No! OK, at least a free breakfast, right? NO! Some oatmeal and an OJ can be purchased for $17.00. They did open the door for me each time I left.

Be sure to notice the spy camera by the door.

We stayed there on 31st Dec night and the place was quite busy. Concierge was friendly so were the front desk representatives. But I found that the rooms were cramped and the beds were extremely soft. The thing that bothered me the most was $45/night parking and paid water in the room

Also while checking out we were asked if everything went well and my husband mentioned about the beds. But to our surprise our feedback was never acknowledged. Anyway I liked the view from my room, the city view was great!

What a beautiful hotel. I was here for Anthro Northwest, so I didn't stay in a room. The restaurant was very yummy with excellent high class service. There was an awesome library along with many little seating areas here and there.

The hotel is good overall, but its location is a little hard. Travelers should have some baggage. Because of the hill, you have to be ready to go for walking. There is also a little distance from public transport.
The interior is neat. Amenity is great with Aveda products. There's Pike Street nearby, and there's a harbor.

Our room was nice but there was a very long wait to get into the restaurant for dinner. We took to the street thinking we would find a place to have dinner but after a couple blocks and the only thing we found open was Subway we went in, bought a sandwich and took it back to our room.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Great hotel. Beautiful facility - the layout is great and the rooms are nice. Parking is easy right below the hotel. Exec lounge has good food and drinks and comfortable seating with great views. Excellent food and service- nice bar on the first floor. Location is very convenient too.

The Renaissance Marriott is a decent hotel, but far overpriced for the amenities. The rooms are of average size and there is nothing particular making it stand out. In addition, several staff were not helpful, but rather rude, which is not typical for Marriott chains of this price point.

Stayed here overnight for a 1 night business trip. Got a suite at check-in. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Both rooms were a little cramped, but not anything that would keep me from staying again. Can't beat the convenience for its location.

Everything about my hotel stay here was wonderful. The staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable and they were even able to get us extra pillows. The 515 had a great breakfast buffet as well. Will look forward to starting again.

Hotel was clean and bright, and the service was excellent. Wasn't a big fan of the mattresses, as they seemed to buckle/lose support near the edges. The lounge area near the lobby was quite nice, and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Parking is convenient although the turns in the garage are a tight fit - don't try them if someone is going the other way. Pricing is high - $15 for the first hour and $7/hour after that. Leaving is easy, you can just swipe your credit card at the gate or pay in advance at the machinr if you took your pass with you when you left.

Close to everything you need in downtown Seattle. Always a great and friendly staff. Wifi needs to be included next time please, it's 2016 and you're in a tech city please make it free in all the rooms as well not just the lobby.

This hotel is really nice. I stayed here for a conference and was very impressed. Check in was great. I arrived before check-in time and the staff found me a room, despite being very busy. The room was spacious, modern, convenient, and very clean. The hotel is designed to be trendy and nice and it definitely fits the bill. Other than the occasional long wait for an elevator, this was an absolutely delightful stay.

Checked in last night. Great service and clean rooms. This is a 4.5 star hotel and it's pretty damn awesome. They were the only ones to have an available room when all other Seattle hotels were booked.

Room was ok. Way overpriced. Went for a work conference and the hotel charges at least two of us for our room when our employer had already paid. Tip, if you go prepaid, use a card with funds you will not need for a while for your security hold. It can take a while to get it fixed. Very stressful.

The space was comfortable. The breakfast and lunch for the event were better than most. The caterers were all very friendly. I go to a few conferencesa year and this is my favorite event location.

The absolute worst valet experience I've ever experienced, ruined my entire stay. When trying to get to my car after having it taken by the valet, I was taken to this garage a block away, only to find out that my car was actually back in the hotel due to a mix up. So we had to walk back to the hotel, and search for it in the garage beneath the hotel. Then, when it came time for check out, me and my group were waiting the the lobby for about 40 mins. until they finally brought the car out front. I even asked to be taken down to the garage to grab the car myself, but they refused and said it wasn't an option. The most infuriating part of this experience, was that the hotel wasn't busy at all. We were one of two groups of people waiting in the lobby.

PS: Don't drink the water out front. I saw a large ball of hair floating in it. Repulsive.

Called and asked if they had an electric car charger in their parking lot. They said yes but they did not. They corrected the mistake and did not charge for the parking. The room was average and the location is ok. The views on the west side is an office building that you can see into. They will clean your leather shoes as a courtesy.

I've stayed in better Holiday Inns. My room had recently patched walls that were not painted over. There was a large gouge in the carpet. The staff was friendly, and it was clean. It was perfectly adequate for my trip, but I expect more from an ostensible luxury hotel.

Good quality hotel, nicely finished. Gym but no pool. Great location downtown, with Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market and lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance.

Allowing pets and being pet friendly are two different things at this hotel. No pet beds, no bowls, no amenities at all. They wouldn't even give me a bowl for water without ordering room service and it was late on Sundayso no place was open to even get something. This is the only pet friendly hotel in Seattle that is four stars and not providing these basic things. When I requested a room upgrade, they told me no suites were available which I hardly believe. I even offered to pay for the upgrade and they were not even slightly helpful. I asked for a glass for water for my pet and they didn't even have the min the lobby where the water cooler was and didn't offer to get one when I told the front desk. They won't even refund my second night do I can go stay somewhere that is accommodating. I will speak with the manager in the morning, but this place is the worst hotel and this is the second time I've stayed here and last time I swore never to do it again. 5years later and using Priceline jogged my memory why I swore off both of them the last terrible trip I stayed here.

I did a boudoir photoshoot in one of the rooms. The lighting was very nice in the room and they are also photogenic. So if you are filming any adult videos, or fun photos being taken, you may want to consider this hotel.

The beds and rooms were pretty nice. Parking is expensive, TV wasn't great, no free wifi, and there's a lot of construction real close by that's pretty loud. I wouldn't say it was worth the price.

Excellent front desk check in, and great staff. Clean, comfortable room. We were upgraded to a nice room on the 25th floor. Great views of Seattle and surrounding area! Slight amount of highway rumble as the hotel is close to I-5, but we were able to get a good night's sleep.
