Hotel has really nice staff and amenities. Plus it's location puts you really close to everything Seattle has to offer in it's downtown area. The rooms are really nice as well. The only part I wasn't too great about was the prices in their bar and parking. Overall though I'd probably come back.

This is a great place to host a conference. The conference area is easy to get to from the lobby but out of the way so you won't have random people strolling through your event. Although I did not organize the event and only helped run it, the staff had everything taken care of and it went off without a hitch. There is a large lobby for mingling in between presentations and an area that can be sectioned off in at least 3 sections. Great location right off the freeway with some affordable weekend lot parking less than 3 blocks away. Only a 5-7 minute walk from the Link. I would definitely recommend this location for a conference or event.

Great hotel, just don't get a room on the freeway side, it can be noisy. I stayed here for one night and enjoyed it with the exception of my view of the freeway. It was noticably loud. So much that I had to wear earplugs. The room was comfortable but fairly tight in size but understandable considering the area. The lobby was nice with a great bar, good food and nice ambiance. The lounge on the top floor has a great view and a nice wraparound bar. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool so no thoughts there. And while the location of great in terms of getting around, the close proximity to the freeway is it's biggest downside, but only if you're in a room facing it.

Beautiful hotel, rooms, and meeting spaces. Room service food items are a little eclectic for my taste (most likely delightful for locals to the northwest). That was the only limiting factor of and reason for not giving it 5 stars. Additionally, the concierge lounge view is incredible!

I like the Marriott brand. They have taken great care of me in the past and this stay was no exception. This was a free stay and they didn't have to upgrade me but I had an awesome room with a great view because they upgraded my room. Thanks for making my stay here a great one!

Very nice hotel, good rooms, good value. Our only complaint was the rather poor service around the pool. It was very difficult to get a drink. Also difficult to be served breakfast outside. Otherwise, all was good.

This is such a nice hotel and the location is great! The views could be better but it doesn't take from the hotel! Everything is within walking distance or there seems to be a Lyft within minutes!

Just to listened Justin Kausal-Hayes live in the 515 lounge and thoroughly enjoyed it. Laid back and easy. Great service from the whole staff and would definitely come back. Easy access to everything I planned to visit.

Less than 7ft clearance for their parking made us have to park our f250 two blocks away, hotel was nice with a bed on the firmer side. While it's a pleasant walk down to the ferry, I recommend Uber or taxi anywhere else and DEFINTELY Uber or taxi back, those Seattle hills are brutal!!

First few hours were horrible...had to complain about a dog in next room barking constantly. ..did not know hotel was pet friendly. I would not have stayed there...my allergies made for a horrible weekend.

I would like to pass my sincere appreciation to Ms. Gianna De La Rosa of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. We are on our anniversary trip from St. Louis Missouri and after a very difficult trip up Interstate 5 this afternoon, Gianna was here to welcome us and provide outstanding customer service. We use the Marriott brand for our stays while on vacation or for business. During our stays we always have great service and we have definitely come to expect that. This particular review is much more than that. Gianna is the consummate professional that has the desire and the ability to serve customers and make the customer feel that they are number 1. That is exactly how she made my wife and I feel and I sincerely appreciate Gianna and the Marriott brand for having Gianna a part of the staff. Thank you and have a great day! Please pass this thank you note to Gianna and her Supervisor.

Sincerely,

Jeff and Marilyn Speer

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in late January 2017 (a couple of days ago). This is a truly wonderful hotel. All aspects of service, which includes check-in and check-out, was great. Every time you walk into the hotel *all* the staff looks at you and greets you with a smile. The room is clean, well-serviced, and convenient. All systems were functioning well. Even the Internet worked well. Location is good.

Seriously over priced mediocre hotel. This place is everything that's wrong with Marriott hotels. Window air-conditioner/heater like you find in a two star motel. The awful micro bathtub with a fixed shower head coming out the wall at shoulder level. No green choice to avoid housekeeping.

This hotel is the best. I stay there all the time. The staff is really cool and friendly. The food is always good when your order room service. The hotel is really close to good sushi. A++++ WOULD STAY AGAIN

OK, but not special. I was here for a conference today. The food tastes ok but gave me indigestion. The furniture is pretty crude (torn seat cushions, folding tables) for something claiming to be 4 star. The parking garage is unable to print receipts with the dollar amount paid and the name of the hotel. I asked the hotel and they said all I can have for a receipt is a piece of paper with a random number printed on it from their machine.

Nice hotel with a convenient location from the freeway, however if you are in an East facing room you can hear the freeway at night. Food at the restaurant was good, but service was a bit slow. We also had issues with some extra charges at checkout that were not very clear.

We went for a Paint Nite event. The bar space was very wide and well lit. The bar itself had specialized drinks that were very good. Service was a bit slow but there were a lot of people who wanted drinks at the same time so I don't blame them for it.

Great location & service. We got upgraded to the Legend's Suite - west-ward facing view of the Seattle Space Needle & other spectacular multi-room views!! Was exhausted from long fun days which even the coffee couldn't keep me up - so ordered room service - the linguini dish was seriously to die for.

The center of downtown, a little further than the sea, is one of Seattle's favorite lodgings.
The staff is high and the service is good.
The restaurant and the lounge with a nice view are also very good.
