I would like to pass my sincere appreciation to Ms. Gianna De La Rosa of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. We are on our anniversary trip from St. Louis Missouri and after a very difficult trip up Interstate 5 this afternoon, Gianna was here to welcome us and provide outstanding customer service. We use the Marriott brand for our stays while on vacation or for business. During our stays we always have great service and we have definitely come to expect that. This particular review is much more than that. Gianna is the consummate professional that has the desire and the ability to serve customers and make the customer feel that they are number 1. That is exactly how she made my wife and I feel and I sincerely appreciate Gianna and the Marriott brand for having Gianna a part of the staff. Thank you and have a great day!
