Clean big hotel . Free breakfast Buffett plenty of options . Waffles, fruit , oatmeal, cereal plus plenty more. The bartender Tony is a seasoned bartender, with recommend to a restaurant or a drink, or just pleasantries. Very nice guy . . The bar has all the electronics outlets. It s a business person hotel.
Rooms are ok. First greeting I got was from the bellhop. "Um sir this is the lobby." I am well aware. Save your money. Stay somewhere else. Unless you look like a rich hipster, you'll be frowned upon. I guess a well off country boy doesn't fit in here. Grand Hyatt here I come.
Beautiful lobby. Great event space. Their parking validation failed us twice and we had to wait a very long time before we were allowed to leave because their ticket reader was acting up. Other than that, great stay.
The staff here at the Renaissance went above and beyond their customer service expectations. Corey, the front desk receptionist, was more than helpful in our interaction, greeting me with a genuine smile and positive attitude. The service at the lounge bar was superb, the several different bar tenders were knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, five star rating, and I'll be sure to come back here on my next trip to Seattle.
Club lounge is amazing. Great service and helpful staff. Fitness center is well equipped.
Location to convention center was great. Room was clean and doormen were great!
The hotel is upscale and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and friendly. The bartenders make a good cocktail and the kitchen's food is good.
Very welcoming atmosphere. Each person I interacted with was very professional and hospitable.
Nice hotel with friendly service and modern, comfortable rooms. Only downside was no free WiFi, but otherwise the hotel was very good.
Beautiful property in a great location. Would stay again.
Bar has great drinks, but they're a bit pricey (which is to be expected). The rooms have amazing views of downtown, though!
If you like elevators, you'll like the Renaissance. Well laid out for social and business conferences, and the multiple, smaller floors can benefit specificity in groups.
Beautiful hotel, stylish and modern decor. Comfy beds, polite staff, and a noon checkout time is great after a night out. Definitely worth the price. Treat yoself
Had drinks in the lobby, it was pretty nice. They were pumping some kind of fragrance through the ventilation system that was overwhelming.
Friendly and helpful staff, even on Christmas weekend. Clean rooms, great beds and bath products
Ok hotel. Not sure if it's "luxe", but nice enough. Bedding is awful though. Small. Didn't fit two people on a bed. Huge oversight.
Very nice place to meet business clients and staff.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Hotwire picked it for us and we couldn't be anymore happy with the choice. The decor is impeccable and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff is accommodating and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back next time I come visit!
The rooms are not the largest things, but I think that's just how it goes for a hotel in the city, even for a nice one. They are, however, very nice inside. The lobby is also nice and has a bar in the back. Their 'business center' is a joke. Just go to your room and work there.
The lobby is beautiful, great location, Starbucks in the hotel. The room is very standard and the bathroom is a bit dated.
Perfect location for my trip. No complaints at all, I travel a bit and rarely do I find a place that is doing it all well without costing a small fortune. Very happy and will be staying here again.
Ordered a half sausage pizza got half pepperoni...is it really that hard?? HATE pepperoni and have two little one starving
Friendly, clean, well appointed decor , all and all a great experience.
4 star hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful
Good things:
-very kind staff always available
-super silent rooms at least mine was
-very comfortable beds
-bath tub is available too
-good amenities
-big tv
-electricity sockets are near the bed
-there is a safe
-there is a brewer with coffee and tea
-luminous rooms with really big Windows overviewing other buildings and streets
-Great central position, just nearby anything and everything
-Great bar at the 28th floor if I'm not mistaken with great views
-paid parking
-umbrellas are available in case it rains
-concierge is at the entrance
Bad things:
-extremely slow and unreliable internet, it just doesn't load sometimes and you have to constantly disconnect and reconnect
-breakfast is acceptable, was disappointed from the little variety. Beautiful views though.
Conclusion :
If I were to stay in Seattle again I'd go to this hotel no questions asked. I do recommend it as it's right at the center of the city and it's super comfortable. I'd improve the Internet though. But not a major flaw.
Great Rooms, Amazing View, Perfect Location, Quick Service, Nice In Hotel Restaurant.
Everyone there was wonderful, I really liked the room too. Everything felt very modern, I would definitely stay there again. Very walkable to all the sights!
Very nice hotel, pretty pricy though. Found it extremely odd that it's considered pet friendly though when there isn't even a patch of grass within blocks to let your dogs out. Went here for a convention that was really fun but had a hard time enjoying myself knowing I'd have to travel in Seattle traffic just to take my dogs out.
Good room, good space and decent location. The bathroom could have been any better. Slightly poor pressure in the shower and not so good to shower in the bath. Poor information about the internet and what one has included. And information on their connection page. Had to talk to the front desk twice about it, which was unnecessary and should have been included. Otherwise everything is fine, except that it was not with breakfast.
Great hotel. Fantastic location and the bar has an awesome assortment if top shelf boubon if you into it.
Great views
Nice hotel
Was only there to visit a friend who was staying there, but the building and room were clean and well kept, staff was helpful during the few interactions I had, would consider staying there if it had been closer to the convention center
A decent hotel just a little sad no hot tub or pool.
Very clean and well maintained. Very convenient to the downtown area. Very nice!
Our family had an excellent stay at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel! We found the location to be ideal with easy access to the major freeways and all of the sight seeing that Seattle has to offer. Loved our spacious room and excellent service from all the staff we encountered. The in room dining options were also delicious and easy after a long day of sight seeing with hungry teenagers. Beautiful views from our hotel window as well. Would highly recommend!
Great location, just in downtown and 10 mins walk from fish market
The hotel staff took great care of us. Our son got sick during our stay and they were quick to help with cleaning the room and washing clothes/blankets. Thr room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Did not try the WiFi, but the breakfast was quite tasty.
Very nice and friendly staff . Room are well accommodated and the location is amazing for site seeing !
The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is upscale and clean. Their concierge is quite knowledgeable about the city. The restaurants look nice.
Service upon checking in is exceptional, and the rooms are beautiful. After checking in, I was largely ignored. But the hotel itself is excellent and I would definitely book a stay again, as I already have.
The hotel's location was convenient. The rooms were nice and the beds were fairly comfortable. I wish the bathroom had air vents though. I found it to be very strange that a modern bathroom had no fan or vents to get rid of post-shower steam or other smells.
Love everything about this hotel. Staff is exceptional, taking care of everything you could possibly need. From front desk to bell staff and housekeeping to the restaurant and bar. Absolutely top notch in every respect. Location is absolutely perfect. Short walk to so many places and things to see. Rooms are awesome, roomy with luxurious appointments. Would have no hesitation to recommend to even the most discriminating. Looking forward to returning when I visit Seattle again.
Fast check in - the counter staff were great to allow us early check in. The decor of the lobby is splendid too and the rooms are spacious.
Very nice hotel beautiful area in downtown Seattle very accepting of social conventions and events
Up to date except for the TV. Terribly useless universal remote means you can't switch to HDMI. Otherwise good for the price. Solid. Fast internet.
Great views, especially from the concierge lounge upstairs.
Not too much interaction with hotel/staff, met with friends visiting town who were staying there. Everything seemed well-maintained and in good order, staff seemed to be responsive.
Upstairs restaurant is just okay. Public restrooms are nice. Been here for events and it's a typical hotel experience. Dated but nice ballroom... Nothing too special.
Quality lounge, quality views, quality customer service. First time staying at a Renaissance and will definitely not be the last! Also their bathrobes are great. Only reason I gave them a 4 star is because the hall ways of the rooms are your typical hotel hall ways and there really is experience/dazzle there. Everything else is good
Lovely hotel with large rooms. Bar had closed when i got back which was disappointing.
Nice hotel. Got a very good gym. Very warm atmosphere.
Friendly service, great rooms and nice lounge. Charging for wifi seems a bit ridiculous though.
Great hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle, close to Pike Place, and walking distance from many attractions. There is an Amazon Go store around the block. It's close to the highways for easy access.
The check in lady was fantastic, kind etc, upgraded us as we were an early check out. Con: we had a doctor appointment, so I called for valet to get car well in advance, got our luggage together, went downstairs, there was no one to get our car, by the time the guy showed up yo get the keys and run after the car, we were already running late, so I put my wife in a taxi, $10, then the car showed up, valet left so I loaded luggage in my car, ripping part of my thumbnail off, I at doctor office arrived just as my wife walked into doctor office; this was enough to turn me off on staying here again.
