It s been six months since I bought my Rogue, and I am still impressed by Regal Nissan s service. I purchased my car in March, right before Covid hit, and boy am I glad I did. I always joke that my Rogue is the perfect Covid Car due to all the handsfree features and buttons.
LJ was the gentleman who sold me my car to me and made the process so easy. I told him the only things I wanted were SUV, low miles & a sunroof. He pulled this one out & took myself and my boyfriend on a test drive. We got back to the dealership and began working on getting the sale finalized. He made each step so easy and flawless. In total we were there for a two hours (including the test drive) and walked out with my new car. My boyfriend asked is it always that easy?! LJ continues to email me to check up on me and how I m enjoying my Rogue. I m happy to tell every time loving it! Doing my happy dance! . Regal Nissan will be my future dealership for car purchasing and services. Thank you Regal and especially to LJ for an awesome purchase experience.
For my service appointment this past weekend, my car was taken care of by Jake Hale, and he did a fantastic job. I was impressed with how quickly my service was completed. I really like the feature where they text me a list of additional work that needs to be done, including how serious it is and the price. I was texted when it was ready and was able to pay online before picking up. My car was cleaned on the outside and looked fantastic. PPE was worn by the employees and my steering wheel was wrapped up with plastic to ensure they only touched that. I will continue getting my work done at Regal Nissan for the foreseeable future.
