Regal's service department has improved over the years and is better than their auto sales department which is just so so. Paul is just really good and honest. Regal messed up my service 7 years ago with my Infiniti. I met Paul for the first time when I returned to complain about it. He assured me he would make it right. He did. And then I realized it was not a one time thing with him. He has gone beyond regular service norms at times. So I bring both my Nissan and Inifiniti cars here for service almost every time.
I have had solid experiences with most of the service staff including guys like Nate.
