Had appointment on Saturday, waited an hour and half then ask about my vehicle they forgot about it and put a rush it at the last minute before they closed i don't think so. I left without service I'm taking where they can do the job on time.

I had made an appointment for scheduled no-charge service of a certified pre-owned Suburban. The turnaround was quick. The price quoted for service after the 2 no-charge ones was so reasonable I plan to continue coming to Aransas Autoplex. Happy now with both sales and service.

When they sell you the car they talk about their great customer service when your warranty runs out even if it's under warranty they don't care about you they will make you wait 3 weeks for your car they will not offer you a loaner car there customer service after the cell is basically no service at all

Went in for state inspection ...they said couldn't do it because it had sprinkled earlier in the day so they wouldn't be able to "test the breaks" ... wow have you ever heard something so stupid you just had to walk away for fear of being sucked into what ever caused that particular brand of stupid. In truth the two service guys were deep in a story and couldn't be bothered with my inspection. On the flip side buying my vehicle there was a delight, however, I will never buy one there again. I need to find a dealership that cares about service as much as sales.

I came upon Aransas Autoplex and the car I purchas...

I came upon Aransas Autoplex and the car I purchased through a link as I was pricing cars. The car jumped out as just what I was looking for at a great price, I ended up with a lot of car at a fair price. Salesman Leandre Liggins was always available to answer questions and quite knowledgeable. The buying process was very smooth and everybody involved worked hard to get me the payments I was looking for. I highly recommend Aransas Autoplex.

We recently bought a Certified Pre Owned Chevy Tahoe from Kelly Spears at Aransas Autoplex. She was really helpful and knows the vehicles well. I would recommend her to anyone else that is looking for a new or used car. She is not really plushy but will answer any questions about the vehicle as best she can. We were impressed with her. Over Presidents' Day weekend I developed a grindin...

Over Presidents' Day weekend I developed a grinding sound in the front wheels of my 2006 Silverado pick up. Being from out of state I wasn't familiar with any of the dealerships in the area. We're staying in Port A so Aransas pass was the closest Chevy service shop. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to give me an appointment for first thing Tuesday. I have nothing but good things to say about this service department. The service representative, Buster, assessed our problem, suspecting a brake issue. We had friends pick us up and went about our day. Buster gave me a call once the mechanic verified what the problem was, gave us an estimate of the cost of the repair, asked for approval to begin the work and gave us an approximate time of completion. Buster called me a couple of times during the day to keep me informed on the progress of the repair and update the time of completion. When all was said and done the bill was less than estimated, there was some minor tweaks that needed to be done as a new part used in the repair was defective and didn't meet there standards

Excellent customer service. Laura Canales 5 star service. The dealership was able to diagnose and fix my truck. However only downside was the part had to be ordered and it took 2 days. Dealership pricing higher than an aftermarket shop but I d rather have genuine GM parts. Only reason for an overall 4 star rating.

So I came to this dealership on Thursday 01/02/20....

So I came to this dealership on Thursday 01/02/20. The DEF tank on my 2500 needed replaced. They had to order the part so I was told to come back two days later on Saturday and Robert told me they would get it done that day. I made it clear more than once that we are full time RVers and it had to get done on Saturday because we Had To Leave our park on Monday. Robert stated that he wouldn't be there on Saturday but pointed to a woman behind the service counter and told me she WOULD MAKE SURE IT GOT DONE. I made sure I was there BEFORE my scheduled appointment. The woman behind the counter went back to talk to the mechanic, shortly returned to tell me he WASN'T AT WORK YET! After he finally arrived she told me they couldn't get it done until Monday. I would have understood if they had told me up front that he couldn't guarantee they could do it in one day. I would have taken it to another dealer. As far as I am concerned if you Cant trust people to keep their word
THEN THEY ARE NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH!! Not only did they waste the time we had here but now we have to start all over again at our next destination.

Best car buying experience ever! Jeremy Steinmeyer was was an amazing salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the different cars and didn't try to give me the runaround. He understood my budget and got me a great deal. Ivy White was able to get me a better rate than I thought I would qualify for. I will recommend Aransas Autoplex to all my family and friends.

My GMC truck was due for an oil change multi-point inspection so I went onto the Aransas Autoplex website to look for any "Specials" that they might be offering and I came across a coupon for an oil change and one for the multi-point inspection, so all looked good. I attempted to book an appointment online but was not able to. I was prompted to call in to make the appointment so, I called to make an appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection on my GMC truck and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get in on the same day after work. When I arrived, I was greeted very cordially and informed the service manager of my oil change appointment. He quickly pulled out a placard showing me the three different ranges of oil change services and multi-point inspection that were offered. I mentioned to him that I had seen a coupon posted on the Aransas Autoplex website for $49.95. He countered with, "All we offer is what we have on this placard", $69.95 being the "Good" service and then it went up from there to the "Better" $89.95, and "Best", I can't remember that price, I know it was over $100.00 dollars. I again mentioned that there was a coupon offered on the website but he adamantly stated that there was NOT an offer on the website, again. I didn't want to argue so I went ahead and agreed with what he offered. I settled for the $69.95 service, which was what the coupons would have covered. Instead, I ended up paying $69.95 + tax, for the services. After all was said and done it cost me $74.60 for my oil change and multi-point inspection.
After I arrived back home, I got on my computer and went to the Aransas Autoplex website and found those coupons again and wrote down the info: DEXOS1 6-qt. Oil Change Coupon Code #204, and FREE multi-point inspection, Coupon Code #19.
I was terribly disappointed that the service manager didn't even take the time to check into my request for using a coupon that was offered on the Aransas Autoplex website. I was fortunate (NOT!) that I was able to use my GM Loyalty points I had accrued through the years of being a loyal and returning customer to Aransas Autoplex, that it saved me $20.00 from the total price.
It still bothers me today about what happened and that I had to use my points to lower the service cost but, I will continue to be a patron of your organization because you have been there for me all these years and I won't let one incident/individual like this keep me from enjoying your overall great service.

This place doesn t even deserve 1 star! I purchased a used vehicle from there, and it s given me nothing but problems since I ve had it! It s been back at their shop 4 times within 3 months. It was there 3 times before the first car payment was made! You can t talk to any managers there because they blow you off about your concerns, and tell you that the vehicle was this that and so forth! I m more than sure I was sold a lemon! Within the first day of me having it the check engine light appeared, and I took it back! A week later I took it back for the gas hand malfunctioning! Two weeks later I took it back because my vehicle was jerking while accelerating! Come to find out 2 of my transmission mounts and 2 of my motor mounts were needing to be replaced, and the service advisor said it was considered wear and tear on the vehicle, and I had to pay out of pocket for it. They fixed it for free after going through many channels and many people being rude to me! The vehicle was fixed! Now fast forward 2 weeks later my vehicle was leaking LARGE amounts of oil. 9 quarts was placed into the vehicle in 1 Day, and the vehicle s oil was DRY! On my way to take the vehicle to Aransas Pass I had to pull over in Portland to put two more quarts of oil. All the way driving to Aransas Pass my truck was smoking profusely with many other drivers pulling along side of me advising me that my truck was smoking! As I pulled into the dealership and stopped at the service area the truck was smoking from the hood and the bottom. They called me the next day to say the vehicle was ready, and I had a hole in my oil filter! I in return asked if they can check the vehicle thoroughly due to the fact that my warranty was ending at midnight, and since I ve had this many issues with it I wanted to ensure that everything was good on it! I contacted the service department and they didn t want to help rushing me off the phone asking for my number so my service advisor to contact me! So I contacted the Sales Manager Freddie! He rushed me off the phone as well stating it was never told that the vehicle was GM certified, but he was never in the presence of the Former Sales Associate Tyler! I tried to give an example of my sister owning a Buick and was purchased with 147,000 miles; he then stated rudely that we were not discussing my sister s vehicle! This place has no empathy for their customers and their concerns! This goes all the way up to the managers! They sold me a LEMON! I would advise anyone purchasing a used vehicle from them to ensure they give you all paperwork regarding the used vehicle! I wouldn t recommend buying any vehicle from this place at this point! There is no customer satisfaction, they re very RUDE! I will never purchase another vehicle from this place, and I will be getting an Attorney to resolve this matter!

When I tried to buy it, the sales manager called me back and said "Oh, that was an error, it's $40,995". Classic bait and switch. Prime example of why used car dealers have a bad reputation...

You guys did a great job fixing my annoying service-tire-pressure-monitoring-system dashboard light, which came on after I had a blowout and a new tire put on during a road trip. You did an oil change and tire rotation, as well. All your employees were friendly and efficient and the work was done promptly at a good price. Thanks for taking care of my 2008 LaCrosse. I love that car.

I've had a DEF heater replaced under warentee and a seat motor replaced here. Excellent communication and work completed on time. Friendly staff. Will continue going here from Port Aransas vs Corpus because of poor 1st time visit experience there.
5/1/19 update, booked oil change online for next day and was in and out. Nice work guys!

Danger, danger, danger. Be very careful taking a vehicle here for service. I took my truck there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They rotated the tires but did not change the pressures front to back. They did not reset the tire pressure monitoring system either. I pull heavy loads with it and they did not know how to do even the most basic service there is. Sitting in the waiting room I heard another customer complaining they did the same to him. Poor service, lack of skill and then an attitude on top of it.

I took it elsewhere and paid to have it done right. I also contacted the company about it.

Although I am divided on this situation I do not w...

Although I am divided on this situation I do not want this to reflect negatively on the service advisor Ashley, whom I will recommend others to.
On one hand I received great respect and customer service by the advisor Ashley, every time I had to speak or deal with him he was responsive.
On the other hand I've personally been around many dealership shops, advisors and mechanics and have never, ever heard of a manager or shop demand payment or proof of payment before starting work on a vehicle.
I had to remove my truck which was in your shop for a complete engine replacement. The total cost according to the shop estimate was $8,050.00
I need my truck for work and repeatedly requested that the shop start the work and complete the work asap. Over about a weeks time every request for that was denied by Steve Vela, (the service manager) and the reason according to the advisor was because they had vehicles that had not been paid for in the past. I expressed to him that had nothing to do with me and assured him that my truck
will be paid for by me if not the bank, he agreed.
At one time during a visit I spoke with Steve and he did mention not having a loaner until they start work.
In hindsight I guess he meant no loaner until payment is made or until he is satisfied by me proving to him I can afford the estimated amount.
Perhaps I should've worn my suite while in his shop?
He may have even offered me a bottle of water and thanked me for trusting his shop with my truck and a hefty amount of my money!
After the third denied request to start work on my truck I picked it up and placed in a different shop.
This cost me more money but they started working on it asap as would be expected by any customer which just so happened to be the same day they received it.
Besides being profiled by and wasting my time waiting on this "manager" to give his blessing I am truly disappointed that Ashley was robbed by his "manager" of his commission from this job.
I hope there is some sort of training given to Steve in order to prevent such things from reoccurring until then I would not refer anyone to this shop.

Within a few minutes Mr. Jesse Green called me and was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He even drove a good distance to meet me so I would not have to make the trip down to the dealership. Give Jesse a call and see what he can do for you!

I am 73 years old and have had many bad experiences buying automobiles to the point that I rather undergo a root canal. Finely Aransas Autoplex and salesman Landre Liggins changed my opinion of car dealers and salesman. I purchased a 2015 GMC Cayon from Aransas Autoplex. It was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Liggins went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted. Everything he said he would do. Dealing with him was like talking to a real good friend. No pressure, No hassle! Miss Jay in the finance department was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure, just facts. I highly recommend Aransas Autoplex and salesman Landre Liggins if you are looking for a new or preowned auto.

Easiest, fastest, most low pressure car buying experience ever. The whole process from finding a car online to finalizing paperwork was actually pleasant. Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. Even spoke with the owner a bit, he made me feel welcome and wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone after trying other dealerships in the area.

Tire tech forgot to put wheel lock key back in vehicle so I left without it and to return for it (service advisor did call me to come get it). Oil change tech (probably) left oily fingerprints around driver door handle and on the chrome trim at bottom of window--apparently did not remove gloves before opening/closing door. Not what I would expect from a dealership service department.

We originally took our car to Autonation for service but after having for 3 days they never even looked at it. We picked it up and drove about 40 miles to Aransas Autoplex. They were courteous and actually communicated with us to give us the status of the repairs.
We picked it up today and everything seems fine. They even washed it and vacuumed the whole interior.
So far we're very pleased with the service.

The end result repairs to my vehicle were more than satisfactory. The process and customer service, however were not. I was called twice to inform me that my vehicle was ready. The first time, upon arrival, the quarter panel had been repaired, but the paint color was way off & the bumper had not been attached. The 2nd time, I arrived to find the quarter panel color matched, but the bumper didn't. It then took another 9 days, for a total of 26 for a repair that was estimated to take 8.

My truck broke down late Friday afternoon, Me and my family were to travel to Austin for my parents 65th wedding anniversary that Saturday. Thanks to Robert (service writer), he was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, find the part and then personally pick up the part in Corpus on his way to work the next morning, and have the truck ready early the next morning for my family to make our trip. Not only that, he was able to work with my extend warranty company to cover the repairs. I have used your serviced department now for several years so my expectation wasn't to high, but Robert greatly exceeded those expectations with above and beyond friendly customer service. Thank You again Robert for your great customer service!

Best car experience ever in 30+ years of car buying. As an out of state customer, the dealer worked with me to get all paperwork done and transport of the vehicle and just made what I thought was impossible a dream come true. Took a leap of faith not being there in person and trusted Jeremy and it paid off. I highly recommend Jeremy and this dealership and look forward to many more purchases from them when I am in the need for a new car and want friendly, professional, outstanding service! I was in town from out of state, I live in North D...

I was in town from out of state, I live in North Dakota. One of my headlights was not working. 2015 Silverado. They kept my truck for two days. Electrical issues can be troublesome. I understand that. When I got the truck back it was raining cats and dogs. I purposely drove it through the standing water to wash the beach out from under it.... the next morning I pop the hood and to my dismay I could see that they had left the cover off the left side head light. I called and complained. They did tell me to stop back it and they'd put it on. Which I did, on my way to Brownsville. 3 days later my headlight quit working. Trouble shooting it myself I found the fuse box cover wasn't fastened, a cover for the ground wire going into the fuse box was not in place & a bolt was missing from a brace covering the air intake case. I discovered all this attempting to fix what I'd paid them to do. I chalk it up to shoddy service & my out of state tags. VERY DISAPOINTING!!!!!! Lip service, not customer service. I'm a native Texan & will be home soon. These guys are off my list...

very disappointed with this dealership had them tell me my hybrid Tahoe battery was bad they charge me 125.oo,I put in new battery still had issues took it back a day and a half later I was told they would not work on my car bc they didn't have a skilled mechanic what dealership tells you this, the man Ashley is so rude plz replace him or tell him to take people skills classes will never buy from them again after I just purchased 2 new vehicles.

When I called in to schedule my appointment I informed them that the problem had already been diagnosed by another authorized Chevy dealership. Due to the location of the dealerships to each other I had to bring it to Aransas Autoplex to have repairs done and be covered under the warranty which is where I purchased the truck. Gave them the exact part numbers and told them to order them now so I would not have to wait or waste my time while they waited for parts. I had already done the homework and talked to there parts counter and knew they were not in stock. They had two weeks to pull this off right. Got a call the morning after I dropped it off that they would need to order the parts and truck wouldn't be ready till the following day. Had to bum rides to and from work and inconvenience other people because they couldn't follow instructions. They did get it fixed but need to work on their listening skills.

No support for their personnel. They lie very easily and their extended warranties should put them in Jail. Not worth the paper it is written on.

Great place and friendly staff DRE was awesome never once he put pressure on buying truck. I recommend u see him when time to buy a car or truck and yes I was a walk in nobody referred me and was able to get thing done. Thanks
