When I called in to schedule my appointment I informed them that the problem had already been diagnosed by another authorized Chevy dealership. Due to the location of the dealerships to each other I had to bring it to Aransas Autoplex to have repairs done and be covered under the warranty which is where I purchased the truck. Gave them the exact part numbers and told them to order them now so I would not have to wait or waste my time while they waited for parts. I had already done the homework and talked to there parts counter and knew they were not in stock. They had two weeks to pull this off right. Got a call the morning after I dropped it off that they would need to order the parts and truck wouldn't be ready till the following day. Had to bum rides to and from work and inconvenience other people because they couldn't follow instructions. They did get it fixed but need to work on their listening skills.
