John from Red Tree Real Estate has been great from the very start, when we were looking for a new apartment. At that time, we toured several apartments - and were most confident in the ones John showed us. Not only were they great quality, but we felt comfortable with him. He was trustworthy, reliable, realistic and respectful of our time. Since moving into our apartment, our relationship with John has only grown stronger. As tenants, it is clear that he truly cares about our comfort and happiness in the apartment we are renting. He has proven to be an excellent and thoughtful liaison between us and our landlord. And, his reliable tendencies have been put on display time and time again. He is quick to respond to any and every request - whether it be chipped paint, a leaky sink, malfunctioning fire place, etc etc. And, he is always kind and friendly when he shows up. I have nothing but good things to say about the relationship we have built with John - truly different than experiences I have had with previous property managers in Boston. Would highly recommend!!
