Now that I've moved in to 81 Beechcroft, it's time to update this review. In addition to the before mentioned problem of unenforceable provisions in our contract, I have had many other issues. The apartment has tons of problems--broken windows, a non-functional front door, a trash pile outside, etc. Brandon, our broker lauded this property despite it very clear flaws. The trash pile outside was clearly visible and not shown in any of the virtual viewings. I'd recommend avoiding redtree and especially anything rented by John Bannon. The only reason I don't give this one star is because the bare bones of the building are OK. It's just in bad shape and needs tons of maintenance. Redtree should have advised us of this fact. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS FOR VIRTUAL VIEWINGS.
