Despite the multiple negative reviews I have read about this company I did want to share that I had a great experience using them. I m not sure if it was the specific broker that I used that made it enjoyable and easy, but I experienced none of the things I found listed online. I used Isabell to look at different properties and lease the one that I found that I loved. She was always very punctual to appointments that we had set up, was willing to find out any additional information that I requested, and answer my 100 questions. She always got back to me very promptly and made my experience enjoyable! Finding housing in the Boston area was new to me and can be very stressful and demanding in comparison to what I have been used to but she never let anything fall in the cracks and was always very clear on the next step. Thank you for helping me find my next and new home Isabell!
