I have been interested in an apartment (479 High St. Dedham, MA) they have posted on line for rent for over 2 weeks. I contact John McDonough several times about the apartment. Finally after a week or so and numerous attempts to get an answer I was able to make an appointment. The day of the appointment I waited at the location and no show, no call. When I contact John to see if he was running late he said he had a flat and wasn't able to make it. I can totally understand so I asked if we could reschedule! AGAIN no answer for a few days. I kept reaching out to John about rescheduling and he finally got back to me and said I had to fill out an agreement/application in which I did on line. I again reached out numerous times to this guy to try and scheduled another time for a viewing. We finally scheduled something for this past Saturday at 4pm. AGAIN NO SHOW! NO HEADS UP! When I reached out to him he said his coworker Nick was going to handle the viewing. I called Nick and got his vmail that said it was full and cannot receive messages so I text him to see if he was on his way. I waited at the apartment for a good 20 min and no one called or showed up. Finally Nick tried calling me almost 1hr later and sent a vague text that said "Sorry I missed your call, call me back anytime" John & Nick handled this rental very poorly. I am still interested in viewing the apartment if someone else can handle the rental.
