Just applied and was approved for a new rental property. Very happy with the high level of service and communication. Emails and texts received throughout the whole process keeping me updated where the application was at. Property Managers were knowledgeable and on time at the inspections.
How long does it take to get a reply when enquiring about a property for sale? If ya don't put a damn price on like a logical human being then at least answer emails and phone calls. Business must be to easy for this place.
I would like to express my very disappointing experience in the lack of professionalism and moral conduct by the Ray White Redcliffe staff member, Catherine O Keeffe.
We made an offer on a property that was accepted by the vendor, and confirmed in writing by Ms O Keeffe. Ms O'Keeffe was putting pressure on us to sign the contract without it being reviewed by a solicitor.
Any reasonable professional would deem it acceptable that I seek independent legal advice regardless of it being a standard contract or not. We advised Ms O Keeffe via email that I will definitely be proceeding with the purchase and advised the name of solicitor's firm that I have engaged to review the contract and complete the transaction.
Ms O Keeffe notified us (via SMS) that she advised the vendors to accept another offer without giving us any opportunity to discuss further.
I question Ms O Keeffe s ethical conduct and moral obligations in this transaction which is further highlighted by her lack of professional courtesy to contact me and advise she is negotiating other offers despite the fact that an offer was made and accepted.
We are not first time purchaser, and as such, find this behaviour unethical. This is why I am obliged to warn others of our experience with Ray White Redcliffe, particularly Ms O Keeffe s.
I highly recommend Brooke Martin as a property manager. She has been exemplary for service and contact as we moved into a Ray White rental property as tenants. Moving around Christmas is not always easy as everyone is focussed on holidays, but Brooke made sure it happened for us. If you're looking for prompt attention with a smile, do not go past Brooke!
I am on a pension and was refused a 260 dollar unit on the grounds that i have insufficient income. I receive $1020 dollars per fortnight. I consider the fact that one can ask ones income and judge them the epitome of Prejudice. Thanks ray white and harbour view.
I was introduce to Michelle and Stacey only in Mid October 2019 and from the first phone conversation that I had with Michelle I knew that they were able to help our situation of finding tenants for our property. Michelle was straight onto getting our property ready for advertising and viewing. They were in constant communication with any updates.
I found their attention to details and their persistence to find us new tenants truly grateful.

I will not be recommending your business to anyone (you don't even deserve one star). You'r agent that was selling a house, that is close to me, was so rude.
They need to learn what manners are, that a simple smile can make people feel welcome. Not just look at them (the people who were looking at the house) with a frown and sour look on their face and basically look at them like hurry up, i want to go home and sit on my ass and do nothing.
If, in future, i want to sell a house, i will not be going to Ray White at Redcliffe. Sorry not sorry.
Loren talked like our property would fly out the window in the high $500k range and produced an evaluation with comparable sales. She was VERY CONFIDENT we would achieve our target price. Her emphasis of a strong marketing campaign to build momentum and confidence displayed at knowing the market is what sold us into listing with Ray White. It was not till we decided to list that Loren made mention of Jon, who would also be an agent to sell the property...hmmm. OK we didn't think much of it and went with it. It is apparent to us now Loren was a "listing agent".. not the "selling agent" like she led us to believed at the start.
Once you agree to the advertising fee of $2,600 you are somewhat committed. After the very first open home Loren came back to me saying that the "price opinion" of people inspecting the property is between $510k and $530k and that this is a good indication of what it is worth!!!??? Over the following weeks Jon would take over more and more from Loren .. the final blow came when Jon suggested a change in "marketing strategy" in total opposition to what was recommended by Loren in the beginning.
Now, I would expect any professional agent working in a given market for a "reputable" agency like Ray White would have a good idea of what something will sell for!!?
Another agent told me this is an old trick used by some agents: Tell them whatever to get the listing. Lock them in then adjust their expectations. IS this what happened here or are these two just incompetent?
We where so disappointed we decided to let the $2,600 spent on advertising go and move to another agency. The trust was gone.
No apologies or offers of any refund from Ray White Redcliffe. Shame, shame, shame.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brendan Browne in regards to finding the right property to purchase. I have been looking for a property for quite some time and have had lots of dealings with numerous real estate agents. However; I have never met anyone with such a high level of professionalism, someone with strong morals and ethics in every aspect of his dealings with me.
Brendan attempted to help me with the purchase of my property in conjunction with another agent but unfortunately the other agent lacked the same level of ethics that Brendan displays.

As a friend of someone who rents from Ray White I would not consider using them for selling or renting a property. The manager is rude in her conversations e.g "you need to get over it" or "is your ex partner an Australian" these are unexceptable statements or questions. Not good at all and I would not use them or recommend them to anyone.
I would give no stars if possible. Turned up to inspect a house to rent. No phone call or text from Ray White. Left work in the city to attend and arrived early. Waiting 20 minutes before phoning. 1st phone call went unanswered, the tried again to be told I should have been sent a text to cancel as property had been rented. Advised no text received and there were also others waiting for the real estate to turn up for their inspection time. They too had not been notified.
When I spoke to Jeff from Ray White, he simply said, oh sorry, you were supposed to get a message, then ended call.
Extremely unprofessional and I lost 2 hours of work for nothing.
Hey can stress that you must turn up on time but they can't do the right thing.

I was delighted with the result and the pleasant and efficient way it was handled. I have now signed up for another 12 month lease.

I am only giving four stars for the agency because I experienced a few negative issues with my previous property manager such as not receiving a rent payment for the first six weeks despite asking about it twice- it ended up being a system error but should have been picked up the first time I queried it however that person has left the company. Sally has been amazing to me and I would give her 5 stars if this was about her

The assistance Caleb Reis gave us with purchasing an investment property on the Peninsula was second to none. As we are located in Sydney we would have found some parts of the buying process difficult but Caleb went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. I would just like to say that we have been in the rental market for around the last six years and Shauna is most definitely the most respectable agent we have had. Shauna does not discriminate against her tenants and is highly respectable and compassionate. In the last three years, Shauna has handled all concerns from both my brother and I without any dramas. Unfortunately we have not had the best of luck when it comes to rental agents but I'm so pleased to say that Shauna has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
