I was very impressed with Ben's efficiency and how smooth the whole process was made. Ben actually listen to me and made it all seem less daunting. He was highly open and engaged through the process, keeping me updated at all times and chasing actions to keep the purchase moving smoothly. I felt comfortable with him and trusted him straight away. The house was left spotless after viewings and he was great at obtaining feedback. Communication from start to finish was great. I'd highly recommend Ben and I will definitely use him again.
