Tried ringing Madi Roche numerous times and left messages regarding a property but no response back. Very unprofessional

I was overseas while selling my house and Scott and his team at Ray White Bulimba went over and above to get a fantastic result. They took care of everything for me to get my house ready for sale and the communication was exceptional even though I was 9 hours behind. I highly recommend Scott and his team, you will not be disappointed

Robert was excellent for the sale of our property. He was respectful of our ideas and attentive to our requests throughout the process. When it came down to the business end of the transaction Robert was extremely diligent and made the process very smooth. We will definitely use Robert in the future.

Where do I even start?

My partner and I had a contract to purchase that was conditional upon the sale of two properties. One of our sales was also conditional upon the sale of another property. Long story short, it was a very long chain of sales. Scott managed our purchase and our sales and over the course of six months he knocked one job over at a time. The uncertainty in the market didn't slow him down at all, he negotiated an auction, a contract conditional upon another sale, and what felt like almost constant alterations to contracts. In the end we settled on our dream house right here in New Farm and I'm positive we couldn't have done it without Scott and his awesome team, particularly Rob Freeman who is clearly a rising star in the industry.

If you need a real estate agent, I recommend you call Scott, his never give up spirit is very likely to get you to where you need to be.

David Farrell took the stress out of selling particularly during the COVID lockdowns. In fact he sold the property in less than 7 days and kept us informed at all times. Nothing phased him and we threw the proverbial baby and the bathwater at him over the last 5 weeks. His knowledge of the property industry and the practicalities of the settlement process was excellent. Yes, we will use David again without hesitation.

Prior to placing our property on the market we had observed several teams of real estate agents in action. We settled our choice on Messrs David Farrell and Jonathan Peck as they had impressed us by how they had handled the presentation and sale of a similar property. Our experience with them had confirmed our impression, particularly their honest approach to the valuation and marketing strategy for the sale of our house. That, and the fact that they had kept us informed on the action undertaken every step of the way had helped to make us feel comfortable and engendered complete trust in their abilities to handle the sale. They had built a solid relationship with us and their customer care continued to be displayed even after the sale of the house as they had made an effort to assist with our next purchase, something that they had had no need to do. A very professional and efficient duo and we have no hesitation in recommending them - certainly a team to be considered.
