I have had my rental property listed with Ray White Redcliffe for several years. I have always had very good service but have been particularly impressed with my current agent Shauna Fitzpatrick. She has been meticulous in keeping me informed about tenants and any issues that have arisen. I have been kept fully up to date with all the financial and legal dealings that have arisen with this property. Her advice and consultations along the way have been excellent, particularly when one tenant became very difficult. Shauna managed this situation with the tenant with great skill and understanding and I was very satisfied with the outcome.
She is an excellent Property Manager and I have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone who is looking to appoint a property manager for their own properties
