Very disappointed. I will never go through ray white Redcliffe again .
Very quick to take bond Monday off tenants but to get the bond back had just been absolutely one big merry go round.
My previous rentals have always been quick and easy and drama free but not with you guys.
I ve had to do all the communicating to get this sorted out keys were handed back 6th September and yet to this day still waiting.
RTA have said I have done everything my end it s your end that have to do the rest I ve sent countless of emails and still no reply.
Not even getting a thank you for anything.
I have been dealing with Brooke but always seems to be out of the office.
Still waiting for a reply from yesterday.
