i am writing this review for my lovely neighbour elizabeth , who also rents through ray white redcliffe.
I would like to post a comment in appreciation of the wonderful service provided by Shauna Fitzpatrick, Property Manager of Ray White Redcliffe.

I had a problem with a carpet which had an unpleasant odour and reported it to her.

I must admit I expected delays but was pleasantly surprised when Shauna dealt swiftly with the problem. Shauna inspected the carpet, agreed there was an issue and very quickly arranged for it to be replaced.

I was delighted with the result and the pleasant and efficient way it was handled. I have now signed up for another 12 month lease.
