I dealt with Ray White Redcliffe for over a year. The purchase process was smooth and easy going and the staff were friendly, polite and easy to deal with. Communication was great as well.

My property manager Sally has been incredible to me. She was always prompt and attentive to my concerns regarding my property. She maintained excellent communication and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn t be happier with her and would be more than happy for her to manage future properties of mine in the future.

I currently have family living in my property so do not have an agent managing it at the moment but when the time comes, I will have Ray White Redcliffe manage it for me again as their service has been fantastic thanks to Sally.

I am only giving four stars for the agency because I experienced a few negative issues with my previous property manager such as not receiving a rent payment for the first six weeks despite asking about it twice- it ended up being a system error but should have been picked up the first time I queried it however that person has left the company. Sally has been amazing to me and I would give her 5 stars if this was about her
