Very beautiful interior with good facilities and a pleasant view but not as good as compared to the view of Bros Hostel Shimla located just near by.
The traffic is a real problem but otherwise meets up to expectations of a leisure travel.
One of the best hotels we have stayed at in India, great place to unwind for a couple of days after a busy trip. Room was sparkling clean and well appointed. Service and dinning was fantastic!

Beautiful and very clean rooms with spectacular view from window. All the amenities of tea and coffee with mini bar is provided in the room itself. From the mall road it's a walkable distance, though one need to climb some stairs and bit of steep climb. Staff is very courteous, kind and proactive. We even got spa done which was very relaxing after a long drive. Food is absolutely delicious. Overall a must stay and the most recommended hotel in Shimla.

One of the best hotels in Shimla though can't match other Radisson hotels in terms of space and gorgeous looks. Rooms are okey type though we booked superior room overlooking Gorge and Tibet market. Room and washroom are spacious. Other standard amenities are available but food quality needs improvement. Breakfast quality mainly South Indian dishes need huge improvement in term of taste. Actually it should not try dishes without expertise. This hotel is like bhulbhulaiya type and you need help to find out reception if you stay in c block or reach restaurant. Interior is good in line with HP culture. Overall good hotel with a higher tariff.

Location of the radisson is good and it offers a stunning views from it's room. Room are available in most of time but in peak time it get filled early , so be fast to book it online before your visit. People working there are helping and ready to assist you. Food is soso but has a lot of option on the menu. The offer most of their menu item regularly.mini bar is there for booze loving people. Space for kids thought is helpful to make kids busy in there activity. Hotel is build on several floors. It need renovation in some of its section. People working are not so well trained. Don't pay online as there's history of payment acceptance is bad . So please pay offline only. And you have to pay full amount on check-ins. Management need to work on there policy. Not at all 5 star.
We had the buffet dinner and it was lovely. The food was excellent and the staff were even better. Highly recommended

It was great staying in this hotel...the staff was very polite as well as responsible.

Positive: food was great, view is amazing.
Negative: the check in was so slow, probably the slowest check in we ve ever had; and no other guests but us at the time of check in.
Hospitality is bad; we asked about where and how to rent a bike in Shimla to the receptionist and they didn t even make an effort or catch a breath to think; they straightaway said We are not aware of that. I asked them if it s normal for people to rent a bike here (coz I read from the internet.) and they said yes; but they just didn t want to give any information regarding that matter. I m not sure if it s a liability issue or they re just simply not informative. I mean; come on, we depend on local to know this kind of information.

The Location is close to the 'church-end' of Mall Road. The hotel offers taxi service to drop points of Mall Road so you don't have to walk(off course at a charge Min150/-)
Not too many amenities in the hotel except Snooker & a swimming pool. The restaurant is really nice and in-room dining has a good menu too. Staff is really happy looking and extremely soft spoken, some are pretty too :-|
Up until you enter the Hotel you have no idea about the view it captures of the valley. Slouched amidst residential dwellings Radisson Jass' manages to give you a reasonably luxurious & arbitrarily comfortable experience.
Rooms are Big / Bathrooms are satisfactory.

Small rooms. The hotel is all about stairs stairs and stairs. Go down 4 floors by stairs for restaurant. Food served was not fresh.
