Best hotel in Shimla . very friendly staff and delicious food.

staff is arrogant specially at Reception, other staff is helpful, though the service is below average. Breakfast spread is confused solution, food is average. Rooms and location both are good.

Rooms and service are good, but the why to hotel is not very good, on to way to it there is a lot of traffic jams

Good hearty english breakfast, very good views from the junior suites of the valley. Food in the restaurants is in par with other raddison hotels. Has a spa, pool on the property.

Staff is well behaved, courteous and took proper precautions during the pandemic.

One less star only because the parking was tight and the hotel was being renovated when we visited in November 2020

The place, the hospitality , view from the room, everything was just perfect . This is the first time I felt like giving a review for an hotel which deserves such appreciation. the best places to stay in shimla will be Raddison for me.

A good hotel within walking distance from downtown with good rooms and good food

The food at Radisson was very nice, however the location of the place along with view could have been a little better. We went there for lunch and it was a overall good experience . The staff was curteous and is what you would normally expect from a top tier hotel.

Perfect place to accommodate on holiday except that the hotel should offer free laundry service and other services if they are charging handsome amount on everything.

One of the best places to stay in Shimla. Located in one of the best places Goodwood (StateBank- Bharati Road ) it offers its Guests the best scenic beauties of Hills Queen. The amazing part is the distinguished Guests it serves which offers a chance to meet up both national and international people from various parts of the world. The food is terrific too. Undoubtedly the place to be whenever you are planning to spend some time in Shimla.

Best hotel in shimla for family or couples or groups their is nothing better then Radisson in shimla to stay .staff is polite and cooperative ready to give u service 24*7.good spacious room ,everything is good from help desk to room till break fast or dinner or any service u want.locatiion is very good just 5 minutes walk for mall road .

Nice place, having spa ,suite, restaurant , wi fi facility, easy to reach place.. it is worth of visiting when you go to Shimla for tour..

Had gone for some work at simla and decided to stay at Radisson, as soon as we reached the hotel around 11ish in the night, inspected my room and saw couple of hair on the bed, beside the pillow and in the almirah, got the room changed and sanitized. Second room had the same issue, hair on bedsheet and on the quilt, the person in charge decided to change the bedsheet infront of me again, while house keeping put the fresh bedsheet it had hair all over it again, something like this is clearly unacceptable from a hotel like Radisson. Mr Vikas the leader of Radisson simla confirmed us giving a 25 percent discount due to the whole trouble Radisson made us go through for two hours after 10 hour journey which was never given while checking out rather gave us on food which we barely ate. This is entirely unacceptable and worst ever Radisson experience for me. I have been staying at Radisson for years and never have I witnessed something like this! Housekeeping needs to be very vigilant about such things! Having hair on the bed customer would be sleeping on is just sad!!!!!

My stay Radisson, Shimla would be one of the best ever stays in my life.
Everyone says that you should stay on the Mall Road to enjoy Shimla, but I would say to really enjoy Shimla stay at Radisson.
I had gone to this place twice once with my family and once with friends and during both my stays they were just the same being perfect.
The staff is humble sweet and helpful.
The rooms are fantastic, cosy and lovely.
The food is prepared very delicious and the views from the room is phenomenal.
They have a very beautiful swimming pool and even have corporate meeting rooms and banquet halls for functions.
The prices of the room is not expensive.
The hotel has many other activities for the guests.
They arrange transportation from the hotel to Mall Road and vice versa.
Wifi is free for the guests.
You would be able to see this hotel from Mall Road.
It is few minutes from the Mall Road but the stay is worth it out here.
The closest airport to Shimla is Chandigarh Airport.
The winters are too cold and Shimla is known for its snow cladded mountain view.
I highly and totally recommend this hotel for your best experience in Shimla.

The hotel was under renovation so the restaurant had been moved to a conference room. It was very cold, as was the rest of the hotel.
Our room also never really warmed up, as it was a damp type of cold and the heating was off once you left the room.
There was no heating in the bathroom.
The hotel is spread over many levels, making it impractical if you have any mobility issues.
It is not a five star hotel.
It is in a good location.

The Brand says it all.....except for cramped up location everything about it is good

One of the better maintained properties in Shimla...highly recommended for people looking to be pampered on a holiday, great good and the chef is able to customise meals per requirement, extremely courteous and helpful staff, very well kept rooms..I shall await to go back for a nice relaxing time again sometime soon . Best Radisson hotel I have been to so far in terms of hospitality. Staff is very polite and humble, and would make your stay extremely comfortable with a smile on their face. Another plus point of the hotel is that the view from every room is beautiful.

It is one Wonderful hotel to stay in, The Pearl of Hillqueen. Raddison is stupendous. You'll be well looked after, here ! Do come over for the eloquent taste of luxury and extravagance.

There is no proper management..... Horrible hotel.... Breakfast is worst..... I will suggest never visit

Best 4 star property to stay and nearest drive in location to mall road shimla

The hotel is located at an amazing spot with a spectacular view of Shimla. The staff is good and cooperative. The food is lovely.

About 2km from the Ridge & the Mall road, the hotel is situated sloping downwards on a hill overlooking a green valley. The rooms are spacious and well furnished.

Hotel is ok.. not very guest friendly. They don't go out of the way to make you delighted but living in room is fine.

This hotel was simply amazing. Could not find a fault anywhere with anything. Made our stay in Shimla perfection

Beyond the more formal gardens are vegetable gardens, a "bird zone" and a couple of ponds, the whole lot forming an oasis in the city. For those interested in wildlife, we saw some good birds and a mongoose on our early morning prowl.

To sum up, best hotel, best sleep, good food and pretty good wildlife.

Shaandar hotel with good services slightly expensive but value for money

Hotel is loosing it's charm and loosing it too quickly . Dirty carpets in room, poor service and support at front desk , below average food . Absolutely not worthy of Radisson . Still good at the budget provided you get those under 6k rates anything above that their are better options within a km distance.

Good hotel, rooms are also good , but house keeping isn't up to the mark, staff's are very cordial, toilateries are not up to the standard of Radisson group chain hotels.
