Radisson Shimla Review

Plz don't eat any kind of food in the hotel
It's so unhingink , I know this because I worked in the property.
Property is very beautiful

Dear all....
You are very fortunate to stay in this hotel as I am.
Service is far superior ( in fact the best ) than radisson dwarka and radisson agra, where I stayed few days before.

Stay is highy comfortable, food quality is very nice, ambience is very good,service quality is more than expected....

Spa service was also very good as my wife was very happy with their services.

Kudos to the entire team.

Im happy to stay here ( yet to vacate from the hotel).

Some pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Very convenient to locate
2. Food was very good.
3. All the staff members were cordial.
4. Rooms are well maintained.

Cons / Suggestions:
1. Not many activities- Would like to suggest if kids can have variety of activity within the hotel premises esp.for kids in the age group 7 to 12 years.
2. No discounts offered - Management should offer discounts on F&B for guests who have pre paid the whole amount and booked for longer stays.
3. Outdoor pool not very useful even in summer - Would be great if the pool can be a heated one (not sure if this can be done)
4. Some rooms / locations not suitable for elderly / physically challenged because we need to take staircase pretty often.

Extremely bad hospitality. Swimming pool very dirty, no lift facility. Miscommunication between staffs.

road, approx 4.5 km from NH 22. This road tends to get blocked during snowfall. If you do get stuck on this road, the only option is to abandon your vehicle on the road side and walk. The hotel does not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, hence cannot provided you any help.

A good place with great ambience, warm and hospitable staff. Open lawns offer wonderful views of the mountains.

Radiosonde Jass Shimla is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and the food is delicious.

Everything is good.. service is excellent and property is nice .. the downside for me was the location.. its quite a walk to the mall.. the hotel does provide drop off at a nominal charge but they drop u half way only .. hotel has its own parking so that's a plus if u r coming by ur own car

The location is so unique in Shimla. Great hospitality. They upgraded us to suites as the occupancy was low. Overall a wonderful stay.

Booked a suite, the room was neat and clean as expected from radisson, the bathroom had a nice bathtub and overall had a very luxurious feel to it because of the white and golden color theme of the bathroom. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast the offered, i had all 3 meals in the hotel and all of them were really good. Paid around 28000 for 2 nights and was worth it.
The room had a really good view of shimla, and the mountains surrounding the area. However, the wifi was extremely slow, got around 4-5 mbps of speed l.

It is a 5 star hotel in Shimla. So nothing much to explain. Service is awesome. Room are hygienic. Food is very tasty n full of variety. it's located near mall road.

A great and a lovely place in the valley..Good view and has all amenities..Though slightly far of mall road but they can do pick and drop at extra cost. the food is good and yummy . The breakfast has hell of options and the menu is quite exhaustive. It's a great experience to be here and spend 2 nights. Quite relaxing..All weather pool which is not there is a drawback.

First time in shimla ! Stayed here for two nights and from the service to food and views from our room we were amazed. Excellent place to stay when visiting shimla !

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 days in March and it was amazing experience to stay with Radisson, we both got very good house keeping service thanks to guy Shankar if I not mistaken his name, our breakfast was good also, we will definitely come again soon

Nice hotel. In main town Shimla. But little away from Mall Road. Good team. Good food.
