My best shop where I buy all my bags and party clothes

Such beautiful clothes but a big disappointment with staff. Nothing on limerick at all. Looks like a management problem

I found a Ted baker dress on sale in the house of Fraser in dundrum. They didn t have my size and said they d looked online and it wasn t available. Back in Galway I popped into BT on the off chance that they might have it. The dress was there, but again not in my size. The fantastic sales assistant in the Ted baker section looked online and found the dress on sale in the cork store and had them call me later that day so I could purchase it over the phone and it arrived at my house 48 hours later! Right on time for my holiday! Best customer service EVER! Thank you so so much. Will definitely shop here again :-)

Had the pleasure of dealing with Noreen in customer service. She was very helpful in finding a receipt needed to process a warranty for a fautly coffee machine.

For such a expensive shop the experience is very pore. Especially at the jo Malone stand.

Luxury department store. The best thing I've seen so far in Ireland. With beautiful, well-known brands, including Gant, Ted Baker and - surprisingly! - Scotch & Soda / BLUE.

Quite small Staff a bit Stuck up more interested in chatting together than looking after customers

I was at the Bare minerals counter great service by Sinead, she was very helpful, friendly and attentive espicaly as it was busy and she was by herself.

Lancome counter staff very aloof and uncaring to an older client

Great if you shop at the very top end of the market. But for me window shopping has to suffice.

Class act shop. Lovely items which are a bit special. Service was fine and the Christmas music wasn't the usual tacky tunes we usually hear.

Return policy on sale items is terrible, wouldn't even give credit note, had to swap for another item there and then. Limited stock. Item was perfect only bought day b4.

Loads of choices and plenty to see in Brown Thomas and as busy as the staff were with it being Christmas, they still managed to be friendly and helpful, especially on the Clinique counter

Always a good experience in this store, got great help from a lovely girl at the Nars counter, I believe her name was Katy!

I just love this store. Typical large department store but elegant . Situated right in the centre of Galway city on a pedestrian main road. Its worth a browse during sale time ! They sell "Molecule" perfume in this store.. not sure if you can buy it elsewhere!!

Small spot, spent 282 for display glasses and they wouldnt come down a cent. There 240 elsewhere. It's a good place but you definitely pay more than other places

Love the place, the staff at mac make up are spot on,went to chanel for black nail polish, bit over priced at 25 euros but I do love my chanel though and dont they know it- I hope brown thomas or Chanel will sponsor me for my head shave end of august for charity and to raise my citizenship 950 euros

Amazing store. Had a vast array of sunglasses that, unfortunately, did not suit the shape of my head although staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great stock of everything upmarket, highly sought after goods at reasonable prices. Will surely return in coming weeks!

The staff are very friendly at the Mac counter. I came in after work and was very happy after leaving because of the friendliness and patience of the woman serving me. The mascara was reasonably priced. This is more of a higher end store in general however.

Attended a fab Breakfast Club Ireland event. AW/19 season is AMAZING and Personal shoppers in beauty and fashions there are THE BEST!!

I had a very bad experience; I went to the shop; I went down to the perfume area ; I asked a member of staff for specific perfume; and the woman who was working there ; had a sheet of paper in her hand ; and what the member of staff said over there ; the member of staff ignored me ; I absolutely disgusted; another member of staff came over to me ; and knew I was extremely extremely very upset; I told her the story; to be honest who pay their wages; and the customer should get one hundred percent service; absolutely crazy crazy; there is no teamwork there what so ever; this is mine opinion

Was just in the store and had a horrible experience the stuff all had Scowles on there faces and I tried to get 2 or 3 staff members attention by saying Hello and they looked directly at me and just walked past me not even to another customer just walked away. THE ONLY nice member of staff was a young women at the Channel perfume stand.

A great Place to shop if you have plenty money

Have visited only the ground floor of the place. Love their handbag collections but they head only fewer selections on the ground floor not sure if they had more of them some where else.
You get almost all high end products here and the staff are always welcoming.

Was followed by the security guard. Would not spend my money there after this

The manager of the sunglasses area was very rude and impatient with us.
We spent over 700 euro on gifts and we needed to exchange only one but he didn t want exchange it. He didn t want to hear why we were exchanging it so he turned his back on us and let us standing there.

My experience of brown Tomas was good today. I went to the Clarins counter and a young blond woman was very kind and accommodating , she gave me a sample of the new total eye lift, as I explained to her that I suffered from sensitive eyes and not all serum or creams suit me. She would have giving me more samples but they were not available.
