Had a wonderful stay here as I planned to celebrate my wife's birthday. First of all the property is located at such a location from where the Ridge and the Mall road is close by. Secondly the property itself is amazing with nice ambience and the white theme adds on to the beauty of this property . The staff was too courteous and professional. Hospitality was unmatchable. Check in was smooth and we were well taken care of on arrival. Rooms were very clean ,spacious and cozy. In addition the view from the room was mesmerizing. Special thanks to Ms Sakshi who organized cake cutting in the restaurant for my wife and planned some beautiful surprises when we were back from the site seeing. Sunset from pool side was breathtaking. Food was good and they had good options. Overall ten on ten for Radisson Shimla. Thank you 'Radisson' for making our stay so memorable.

The ambience is perfect...a beautiful Buddha statue one can die for...fine dining..perfect place to rejuvenate the soul...what else can one ask for

Great food, courteous and friendly staff and fantastic ambience

A really nice hotel to stay but u recommend to eat from nearby restaurant as food in hotel is really expensive . They deliver fruits in the evening with small deserts and second picture shows the view

This is one of the worst experience we had in Shimla.
We had checked in this property as on 2nd January and Checked out as on 4th January.
Their staff is so arrogant so mannerless ,
Specially there senior VP of the property Mr Vikas Kapoor, That man is not meant for Hospitality industry. he have so much attitude,....his only intentions is just to loot money from guest.. very greedy man. The way he talks to guest is like is guest are his slaves..he have so much attitude.
This property will never listen.... you argue ...they will just put unjustified charges on you. This man Mr Vikas Kapoor will come and shout on you, will insult you.. he treat himself king of Shimla.
There other Front Desk Manager will also not listen to you.
They are planned ppl
And don t miss this also ......that this hotel is entirely unhygienic don t ever visit... will never recommend. No COVID precautions are maintained

Just a suggestion to the owner and the Brand... your hotel is not in the right hands. They are spoiling your entire image

Dinner is excluded at last moment. Despite being included during initial conversation for package MAP.

Staff was not cooperative...we booked suite rooms and there was nothing like we were paying for suite... shower was broken... and no body listens...

The hotel service is very. you get comoliment breakfast also. the place keeps its hygiene. The rooms are good

Enjoyed my stay for 2 days, received welcome drinks in checkin and ordered food at midnight around 2 am which was delicious and fast service.
Booked massage and it was pretty relaxing! Had great time staying there, the staff lady at gate was really kind to me as she opened the car door for me ever time I went out. I Gave her good tip :) definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting for the first time!

We stayed in the premium room. I must appreciate the quality of rooms. You get premium feel. Breakfast spread was also good.

Neat and clean rooms are available with supportive staff

Everything is great, staff is very polite and food is great. The only thing bugged me was charging me for a broken lamp shade. It fall of by itself and they charged me 1500 for that, though it fall off by itself. I told them if i can pay 15000 just for a room why would i lie about a broken silly lamp shade.

Best place to stay in Shimla. Very close to mall road 10- 15 min walking distance. Very caring and courteous staff rooms have very good valley view.

Good location, amenities and cleanliness. Ideal for young people. Hotel staff is very friendly in general. Cafe provides excellent food and service. Excellent house keeping service they do a great job. One of the biggest issue we had at this hotel was accessibility for old and people with physical disabilities. Hotel doesn't have any preparations or provisions. Hotel has multiple steep stairs, specially in monsoon this is quite difficult for old people to enter and exit to main level or restaurant. Very poor planning on redisson's behalf. When i raised this issue during recent visits, staff and manager of the resort gave very unprofessional answers. As per management, they don't expect such guests at this resort, also they offered wheelchair which hotel staff will lift up and down stairs manually in the rain!!!! Really, who will be responsible for all the liabilities?

Great buffet spread...nice clean property...easily accessible...however the swimming pool Is small in size and not temperature controlled

I had a very bad experience here :( I got ill from the breakfast.... I ordered eggs Benedict....and later in the day... I got really ill! diarrhoea, vomiting and the management wasn't to concerned.....maybe it better now! but last year......wow! gettin ill at a 5 star hotel! I'd been travelling India eating street food and everything...and was completely fine! I mean..I'm punjabi so I know what I was eating in India....but be careful of the eggs!!!

I planned a trip to a hill station with my friends in feburary, We chose Shimla as our destination. The soul aim of my trip was to relax and what s the better option than shimla. The north of Shimla is the beautiful forested Kulu Valley, with its flowing rivers and flowers strewn walks, known as the 'Valley of the Gods'. We travelled to Shimla in car. We reached the Radission Blu Hotel at 6pm. After having some food, which was mouth watering indeed. we went to the pool side which is the most amazing part of the Hotel as it was infinity pool. I spent almost 2 hrs there. It was wonderful experiencing the beautiful nature with that clean water.
Then had dinner which was amazing.
Then i went to my room. In the morning from the room the view was like : There is a mountain peak out there where on one side there used to be fog while on the other side of the peak, there is sun light. You will defintely feel like heavenly bliss there.
It is really worth to have a stay in the Radission Hotel in the middle of natural beauty of North India.

Very few hotels in shimla where u can drive in with your own vehicle.The make of building structure is also classic

Go for a luxury stay here. 10mins drive from mall road. Breakfast buffet is huge.

Radisson's services are very bad at Shimla. They are so unprofessional, irrelevant behaviour but charge more than normal i.e., 15k-20k.

This place is such a comfort and luxury to stay when you are in Shimla. Obviously you will find this one little expensive but the experience you will get here would be cherished by you always. The staff is really nice and humble. Very soft spoken. The view you get from rooms is amazing . Over all it is very well designed and maintained. Food is delicious.
If you seek for comfort when away from home ..one must stay here and enjoy.

A good location and beautifull look of Radisson at Shimla

Refurbished hotel, nice location, friendly staff, excellent service

Rooms are not comfortable as comparison to prices but the service and the meals are awesome.

Overall experience was good, good food. Easily can get space for parking.
