Review of Radisson Shimla

High price doesn t mean high quality.

High price doesn t mean high quality.
Positive: food was great, view is amazing.
Negative: the check in was so slow, probably the slowest check in we ve ever had; and no other guests but us at the time of check in.
Hospitality is bad; we asked about where and how to rent a bike in Shimla to the receptionist and they didn t even make an effort or catch a breath to think; they straightaway said We are not aware of that. I asked them if it s normal for people to rent a bike here (coz I read from the internet.) and they said yes; but they just didn t want to give any information regarding that matter. I m not sure if it s a liability issue or they re just simply not informative. I mean; come on, we depend on local to know this kind of information.
The hotel itself is really old.
I would not recommend to stay here; it s so expensive for an unfriendly old hotel.
