Worth the money. Excellent service. Lovely ambience. Perfectly clean. Would definitely prefer staying again.

Place was great but the welcome was very unwelcoming. In room dining was pathetic. Food was an hour late first night and second night they even forgot my order.

Great stay got it in budget from goibibo and easy to find this hotel through Google maps

Nothing is complimentary
Food quantity is less for two people if u are much hungry

All over a very nice property
I left early due to snowfall so they packed cold breakfast only.

A lovely hotel built on multi levels into the hillside. Access to room blocks require the use of stairs. Only 15 walk from The Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place to visit and stay. Very close to the mall road and therefore very close to the heart of the city. Food is above average but the salads are extremely good. Recommended.

Best Hotel in Shimla by far. One of the most amazing property in the heart of Shinla which is located near yet away from the hustle bustle of the mall. Great services, great staff, super hospitality. Loved my stay.

The hotel is located at a quite and comfortable place which is away from the main city yet is near to the main attraction of Mall road. Only as feed back if a shuttle service once in every two hours to the Mall road and back can be scheduled to ease conveyance of visitors so that will be really awesome. Secondly the food was super tasty and including more non veg options will be icing on the cake. And most importantly I was impressed with the hospitality. I mean the services were top notch. It was my wife's birthday and it was only made extra special because of team radisson which decorated our room and also organised a small cake cutting ceremony so it was real fun. Overall I would recommend it to everyone.

Staff behavior is very bad. Don't have arrangements for drivers. Even don't provide quilts or blanket to them. I would recommend hotels nearby mall roads if you are planning to explore Shimla.
