I went there to attend my cousin's wedding. My family was very happy with the stay. BUT IT CAME TO A HORROR WHEN I SAW SOMETHING NON PLEASING. THE GLASSES N MUGS WERE ALL BEING WASHED BY THE GIRL WHO WAS THERE TO CLEAN THE TOILETS. I had already checked out of the room but went to check the luggage again. This was a by chance episode. Otherwise I would never get the idea what is going on even in the 5 star hotels. We pay u so much money for a comfortable stay. But at the end of the day when v see the unhygienic things, it is not pleasurable for us to even think about this. Though ur STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND COURTEOUS, THE HOSPITALITY WAS GOOD.but still the question is about the hygiene. Does it happen in every 5 star hotel? Please I demand justification for this.

Location: Located close to the other side of mall road. Overlooks the valley. The resort is located in a quite part of the city away from other establishments. Rooms: We stayed at their deluxe suite and it was below par. Having stayed at other Radisson-Carlson hotels over the years, I believe this did not live up to the expectation. There was rust coming out of the Jacuzzi, the toilet had a drain stench. The room was too cramped to be called a suite. Staff: Not the friendliest staff was my experience. The don't even wear a smile. I've experienced better courtesy at some of the other Radisson blu hotels. Food: This was perhaps the only good thing about the hotel. The food on the menu and the breakfast buffet were delicious. All the cuisines were well done. The restaurant is vegetarian friendly.

No good views from Dlx. Suite. The size of dlx.suite is what you get of a normal room in a good city hotel. Food is good.

One of the better maintained properties by Radisson in Shimla, easily motorable and approachable. The staff managing the hotel are extremely courteous and more than willing to be of assistance right from the parking attendants to the chef. It's been a great experience staying at this hotel for a couple of nights and the hotel is very clean and welcoming and while passing all passages and corridors one feels the freshness which is very relaxing for any traveller. The breakfast buffet is a very nice spread and the preparation for all meals - lunch/ dinner et al is par excellence and the chef ensures to customise dishes per one's liking. The rooms are well kept and equipped with all that is required for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking for a relaxed and comforting holiday and the brand does spoil you for a luxurious stay. Will look forward to going back sometime soon !! Keep up the good work and ensuring happy guests. !

Very helpful and courteous staff. The infrastructure needs to be upgraded. Constantly we had to ask for heating to be switched on, hot water was a problem.
An excellent place on the foothills of the Himalayas. Soothing, calm and cool location. They have developed more parking space. Advance booking is a must during peak season as it gets sold out. Yummy food, classic restaurant attracts many visitors who even don't stay in the hotel. Playful swimming pool, games, classic rooms, sprawling reception area with modern amenities are a real attraction. Above all it has maintained a brand value with consistent efforts to improvise standard of service makes them the best in Shimla. Amazing people adds more to the charm of the property.
