Radisson Blu really does not need a comment regarding their superior quality of rooms, service, and environment. This one though with the world's largest aquadome, filled with 1 million litets of water!!! gives this location an unprecedented feel of serenity and peace. It being central next to Alexander Platz doesn't hurt either. Your must go to when staying in Berlin

This was a great property with an awesome location. The staff was friend and ready to help when I needed. The hotel i beautiful, especially the huge aqauriuam in the middle. Perfect place to just sit and relax with a drink after a long day walking around. I would highly suggest this hotel for a over night or longer stay. Thank you again to Elena at conciege for taking care of me. She did a wonderful job helping and answering any questions that I needed help with.

Central location and very close to the shopping malls and to historical and touristic sites.. Clean rooms and delicious breakfast.. Unfortunately the aquarium was in maintenance so we couldn't see it..

The hotel is of course impressive with the Aquadome, the standard is definitely fulfilled. The breakfast is very good, but lush at the price, I would expect more. Parking is quite expensive, but as the hotel is very conveniently located, you can get by without a car and park elsewhere.

I expected more from a hotel in principle of high standard. The rooms were the best. The rest of the fairest services. Mainly the restoration both in restaurant for food and breakfast. They tend to have a bad face during the service, it fills up fast. We had a fire alert at 2 in the morning and they didn't even give any explanation of any kind. The aquarium is in the center of the lobby and is beautiful, but it has to be paid to visit it because it belongs to an aquarium that is just around the corner. It is very well located, near the island of museums and Alexanderplatz square. Good communications, tram and buses.

Exceptional welcome and friendly! Breathtaking reception hall with the largest cylindrical aquarium in Europe. Clean and modern room. Buffet breakfast very rich and very good. Location in the heart of Berlin. We had a great week there. I highly recommend.

Crazy love for this hotel, perfect location, more central can not be. The cathedral on one side, and the television tower on the other. A stone's throw from Alexanderplatz and the island of museums.
It is the only hotel I know that the interior rooms have better views than the exterior ones, because in the hall of the hotel there is a beautiful cylindrical aquarium of 11 meters in diameter and 25 meters high.
The great breakfast.
It has a pool and spa
And to put a but, we have not got anyone from the staff that speak Castilian, so it is essential to put into practice English, but forgive them all, because they are charming

Good night colorful fish. Friendly staff, great service. Delicious breakfast. Very good selection. Small, fine spa area.
It's a shame that the rooms are getting old, especially the bathroom. The huge aquarium in the middle is awesome. The only disadvantage is that there is no opportunity for fresh air as the rooms face the inner courtyard. Well
Sights are easy to reach. The Museum Island z. B. just around the corner. After all the hustle and bustle of the city, the quiet in the lobby is a relief. Thanks a lot for this.

one of the best Radissons blu, i have been in, the spa is amazing small but cozy, the impressive aquarium in the front of the bar is so cool, the location of this hotel is great, many restaurants and historical sites near by, my first impression was wow, we arrived in the morning but the staff was able to checked us in and left the suitcases and went directly to the spa, the pool was small but long , if you have the chance try the treatments that they offer at the spa they are really good

Stayed here for 3 nights because of a conference at the hotel. I was really looking forward to the big aquarium in the lobby and was totally disappointed it was under renovations and covered...that is the only reason for the 4 rating! The room was immaculate with all the small touches that makes a stay comfortable and gives it that at home feeling! This particular room had a nice view to the church and river. It was very convenient to drop things off in the room during breaks or just to freshen up. The breakfast selection was also very expansive. Nearby are many restaurants and shops.

Very good location and a 4 * hotel is a combination that guarantees a good rest. The Museum Island is on the other side of the river. The view of the cathedral in the morning very beautiful. The hotel prices more rooms with a view of the aquarium, but I think the view of the cathedral is better.
Breakfast very good with a large selection.
There are a few lifts, which means that you have to wait for her arrival, but at that time you can admire the aquarium (photo 3).

Good hotel but nothing to make it outstanding. The little things are missing. Forgot to replace our coffee cups the whole stay. Didn't replace coffee pods final day. Replace towels daily even when water saving requirements are followed. Bar can't serve takeaway coffee at 8:30 in the morning, have to wait at busy reataurant. Overall ok, but it's the little things that count.

Nowhere near as good as the brand reputation and price would suggest. Things started well as they gave me a free upgrade to a king size bed. But the first thing I saw on the hotel room was no plugs by the bed!

Maybe once upon a time that didn't matter, but now it's a necessity, and it seems this hotel hasn't got with the times. You would need at least a 3/4m cable to comfortably use your phone in bed whilst it was on charge. Absolutely ridiculous.

The entrance is incredible with the fish tank there, but things like that don't make up for the necessities when in your room.

The bathroom door is unnecessarily loud, and in general you can hear and feel other guests closing doors. I've felt and heard doors being closed through the wall and ceiling. Once whilst in bed a neighbouring guest closed a door and I felt the vibrations all through the wall.

The shower was awful! It took a long time to get it to the right temperature, then sometimes the temp would change whilst showering. The shower pressure was really low too, not what I expect from German showers in general. The shower I had in a 28/night flat was way better than the one in Radisson Blu, in fact every other shower I've had in German hotels has been way better than this one.

The hotel tv is stupid, not letting guests use the HDMI inputs on the TV is ridiculous! You will lose many of us new professionals who would assume we can use the TV as a monitor for use with our computers. The locks on the TV are stupid, and pointless as the instructions to circumvent these locks are widely available online.

If this hotel was much cheaper or less well known I guess my review might be different, but this was far from the luxury that the brand seek to portray. But I don't think I'll be staying here again, despite the convenient location.

Excellent facility, beautiful rooms, great views (if on the Spree side), and a terrific restaurant. Front desk staff are helpful, but I found the concierge to be useless for every inquiry I made except for getting us a cab (that he was able to do). Breakfast buffet is very nice. Biggest complaint (apart from the concierge) was that our Business-class room had no outlets near the bed -- did it never occur to them that people want to be able to plug in their phones within arm's reach?

Top location in the city, car in the underground car park and off to the socket ... The hotel itself shines with its pole position in the city here. At the desk you get a great reception and everyone is very friendly. The rooms are tip-top.
Breakfast is plentiful and well presented. But there is still room for improvement if you look at the Van der Falk Group.
The Aquadom is of course a great spot in the lobby and invites you to linger at the bar or lounge.

Nice service, room service possible until late in the evening. Centrally located, so great for sightseeing.

Unfortunately the towel rails fell off in the bathroom, the shower head was contaminated with bacteria and outdated, the bathtub was scratched. In the room itself, there was a large crack in the ceiling area. The furniture and walls had quirks here and there in the form of scuffs and dirt, as well as scratches.

Rooms are nice, though lack needed outlets close to the bed. If you only speak English, television is horrible, as they only have 4-5 English speaking channels, and they are all news. Housecleaning would not take glasses, so they added up quickly (the only way to get use is from the bar, one glass at a time). Overall, it's a nice place, but for a Radisson, it's a bit of a let down.

A bit modern for my taste, but great location next to Museumsinsel; clean and comfortable. Very nice buffet breakfast included (in the rate I had), with omelet station, pastries/bread, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, fruits, smoked salmon, antipasti, juices, and fresh fruit. Chocolates on the pillow at turn down a lovely touch. Closest subway is a 10-minute walk away.

I am very impressed with this hotel. It is right in the center of the city. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The casino I can recommend, if someone does not know, that the money would be better elsewhere. "There is a good public transport links, but there are also parking spaces available. Everything designed for wheelchair users

There are better hotels in the category. Lobby absolutely boring and not nice. Is it supposed to be a bar? The man behind it is overwhelmed ... first chat with the colleague and then at some point bring the drinks ... Breakfast at 30 euros per person is completely overpriced, because you can really have better breakfast in the area Underground car park ... 2 days for 44 euros ... NEVER AGAIN ..... 3 stars are only given here for the view of the DOM
The rooms are normal, shelves in the bathroom rather too little, unfortunately also dirt

We had a very pleasant stay. We were there during Christmas, it was quite magical. The location is perfect, the rooms are nice and the aquarium in the center of the hotel is amazing. The restaurant has good food and the morning buffet was pretty good.

As a Radisson Club Carlson member tried to book 3 nights, per night 330 euros for members, although this was advertised as "best rate for members" ... When booking through Google search I pay now only 160 euros per night with breakfast 2 Persons ... The membership does not help.
