I was traveling with my family for a vacation. We had 5 room booked. When we arrived for the check-in, the service was really bad. They gave us all the 5 rooms apart and they didn't have time to listen. Most of the rooms has twin beds and when I asked that we need queen beds, they said that we can't do anything since you booked through MakeMyTrip and you should have booked directly with us. I asked to talk to their manager and they said that manager is busy and doesn't have time to talk to anyone tonight. It took them around 2 hours for check-in and we had little kids in our family and hotel staff didn't care and didn't even provide water despite being asked multiple times.
A few other complains about the room themselves:
- All the rooms had bad smell, we asked multiple times to do something and hotel staff just sprayed with room freshener, but didn't fix it. We had to call multiple times a day
- Toilet paper wasn't provided in one room and wasn't even provided after calling room service
Overall the whole experience was really bad at this hotel and service was terrible. I won't recommend this hotel and MakeMyTrip should look into this.
This spoiled the whole family vacation for everyone. DO NOT book this hotel.
