Very poor hospitality, I have stayed there on 14 Aug to 16 August. When I want something like towel, glass or any thing, I have to make 4-5 calls to reception for a single thing after calling the numbers of time I have to go on the reception to collect the same thing. I have asked to receptionist about the cheep hospitality, they replied that they don't have sufficient staff due to Corona. My simple question is that if you don't have sufficient staff and not able to give a proper service to your customers then why are you make a huge numbers of bookings in you hotel. We were 5 people and booked two rooms, wasted Rs.19700 / for two days. The same problem happened with others who were stayed in the hotel. All were very disturbed from your hospitality. I'll never visit again ND never refer to anyone.
