Is was a good hotel in Udaipur I'll work with us hotel loved it.

Please work on staff training.I guess most of them are interns...lacks basic ..hardly anyone of them smiles.

Good property to stay. Breakfast was good. Service by the Hotel was good.

The over all service is very poor. They really need to improve on it. One of the waiter names Anurag was very polite and helpful at the restaurant.

N I was a little skeptical about sharing accomodation with cockroach, but it was very cooperative by arranging it's own bed for night

Beautiful view of the Pichola lake, Udaipur.
I went there for attending a wedding. It was really very beautifully decorated.
The service is also instant.
Exteriors are quite good. But personally I feel there should be a touch to the interiors with respect to the state ie Rajasthan.

I would avoid the place. Property is okay, lovely view,but the staff is incompetent. I have massive reservation issues, room issues and the hotel guys were not bothered.

Having said that the roof top Restraunt is lovely .... definitely a visit.

This is my second visit to Radisson blu udaipur. I was very happy with their services when I travelled earlier so I choose to stay here as I believed they must be strictly following the safety protocols.
But I was so disappointed with them this time. They do checked our temperature on arrival n ask us to sanitise our hands but no social distancing was being followed at the front desk. Hotel Lobby was full of guests n few were not even wearing masks. It was quite unsafe to be around so many people with no mask. Hotel was fully packed but I felt they were working on limited staff as we have to call again n again to get our request acknowledged. Every time I cross the lobby someone was shouting at the front desk for delayed services.
If you are working on limited staff then u should take limited bookings that the staff can handle. Morning buffet was so average n no one was there to help us. It was a very unsafe environment as all the guests were themselves serving food unlike other 5 star hotels where they don t allow the guests to serve but instead take our requests n serve us. I even doubt that my room was properly sanitised. The food that was served in the room was so below average. I didn t expect this from a five star hotel when I am paying a huge amount to stay.
Also the Tata sky was not recharged. We did call them but nothing was done about that.

hi it was one of the best vacation stays at radisson udaipur. Very comfortable room. The staff was very pleasent n helpfull. We were a big family yet they accomodated all of us in a room. I had kids with me n they wanted to stay with us. The surroundings n the landscape was simply awesome. Kids enjoyed so much that they just wanted to stay in hotel instead of sight seeing. Three cheer for radisson will surely be there guest again n again on all vacations where ever we go.

Best view along with good services. Food quality was good

Everything over there was good, but food quality was not up to the mark. If you love Indian style food then you not gonna love such food at all, and if you like less spices in the food then you can go fot it but I din't liked it at all. So it's a big no for food for this resort. Rest pool was cleans, rooms were good, staff was courteous, everything was fine, food is the only issue. :)

Rooms needs to be updated, and destination wedding makes the resort over booked.

This is not a standard Radisson Blu. This hotel is a refurbished palace and it is spectacular.

It has a great view of the Fateh Sagar lake and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff are warm, welcoming and accomodating. We came here for just the rooms and ended up spending a fair amount of time just relaxing and enjoying the views.

The breakfast is standard continental and comes with the room fees included.

A nice place with scenic beauty. The pleasant breeze of the winds and the pacifying view of the lake adds flavour to one's stay. The rooms are comfortable with the class interior, service is fast and food has a traditional taste of Rajasthan. Meeting /conference rooms are spacious with AV setups.

Wonderful place to have family vacation. Excellent food, excellent room services and facilities. Thumbs up to Radisson Udaipur Team.

Huge resort. Off course crowded when highly occupied .... Though hotel staff was nice. Good rooms overall satisfied experience.
