Very good resort
Good hospitality & nice location to visit

Wasn't pleased at all with a destination wedding that the place organized. The events were not well coordinated. Like stage and decor work stretching to the time when events even started.
Food was average. Decor was poor. The worst was their pub where we had attended the bachelor's night. It's small, cramped, poor sound system and the worst part- AC didn't work in April heat.
Overall, nothing at all geand about this place.

I planned a stay with family .. rooms were not as expected .. both rooms were far from each other when clearly told to give nearby ... door bell of room 2056 was not working .. it can be at times but the reply given was not our fault room service a little slow .. blinders in room 2050 wont work ..
maybe i noted small things but i have a lot more to tell as a feedback.....

Amazing Property and Hospitality.The Dining experience is great and the evening Traditional Folk Dance is mind blowing to entertain the guests.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired ... the staff after a couple of "ok ok ser" returns to do what he was doing without following up the requests.

Pathetic....we did not get the rooms in time...we chckd in after 2/3 hrs of waiting...rooms r not done regularly...room service is very poor...bathrooms r leaking...we wl never come here again n its suggestion to all the touristss not to come here n stay...there r many good properties which are more courtious n cheaper than Radisson blu....the hotel services are not equipped to serve more than 10 rooms...

It's a wonderful property surrounded with nature's beauty. We had lunch on the rooftop which is an enchanting experience. They have spacious lawn and hall to organize any large events. Night sky view at the courtyard of the hotel is a must do if you visit this place.

It is well located with all hotspots within 4 kmsof the hotel. It has good food, quality rooms and friendly staff.

Poor service. Extended Night long marriage party in residential rooms. Couldn't sleep consecutive 2 nights.

Good location, good ambience, the food & staff grooming needs a touch though

It is an amazing place. Venue stands in outskirts and that's why one needs to have own vehicle or cab if one has to visit local. However best place to relax as the location itself is very calming. Although road construction work is going on we faced a lot of difficulty while roaming, one can enjoy Radisson. There's a lot to do in the resort itself.

Terrible terrible . Made us wait for an hour for check in . Malfunctioning shower and intercom. Pathetic . Wish I could give zero stars.

The stay was amazing and both house keeping and in house room service . The only issue was there front desk check in and check out experience can take some time but all and all had an amazing stay

Had a bittersweet experience with my stay. Too much noise going around due to renovation but nothing was conveyed upfront by the staff so that the guests can be aware of the areas under renovation and avoid them. Property in itself is huge and well made. Food is okay. Pool is good.

I felt my stay lacked that 5 star experience i was hoping to get.

One of the worst experiences in Carlson hotels.The vegetarian breakfast had limited choices.The staff is the most incompetent I've ever seen.The rooms smelled really bad and the AC was not working still i wasn't given a response on complaining.The next day when my room was changed,after a few hours there was a water leak from the ceiling and sparks from the lights on ceiling.When the staff was informed,there was no response and then had to run by myself and call them urgently as It could've turned into a fire.Worst experienced ever.

Very bad experience .service is pathetic starting from check in to check out. For check in only they took half an hour and we ordered food which took 2 hours to serve

The rooms are very well kept and made with king size beds and a big TV. Bathroom is American style with bathtub shower . Room service is average but the staff is friendly . The breakfast is always continental and is usually good . The hotel is very big and spacious with parking space available and also a swimming pool. It's pretty well connected to other places .

The great deal. But after a hard day of travel, one hopes that the duche functions.
