This is my second visit to Radisson blu udaipur. I was very happy with their services when I travelled earlier so I choose to stay here as I believed they must be strictly following the safety protocols.
But I was so disappointed with them this time. They do checked our temperature on arrival n ask us to sanitise our hands but no social distancing was being followed at the front desk. Hotel Lobby was full of guests n few were not even wearing masks. It was quite unsafe to be around so many people with no mask. Hotel was fully packed but I felt they were working on limited staff as we have to call again n again to get our request acknowledged. Every time I cross the lobby someone was shouting at the front desk for delayed services.
If you are working on limited staff then u should take limited bookings that the staff can handle. Morning buffet was so average n no one was there to help us. It was a very unsafe environment as all the guests were themselves serving food unlike other 5 star hotels where they don t allow the guests to serve but instead take our requests n serve us. I even doubt that my room was properly sanitised. The food that was served in the room was so below average. I didn t expect this from a five star hotel when I am paying a huge amount to stay.
Also the Tata sky was not recharged. We did call them but nothing was done about that.
