Radisson Plaza spa & Resorts udaipur Reviews

Check-in time is 3 PM, so don't go earlier or you may have to wait for hours. If you want a water bottle or a towel, just go out of room and find any staff, if you call One touch service, you may have to wait for hours. Rooms are very small with way too small bed, basic bathroom. I don't think such rooms should even be there in such grand property. And the front desk staff is not ready to provide rooms with bathtub even when they were available. Very big disappointment. Thankfully I had booked one day in Ramada which costs little less then Radisson and has much better, very spacious rooms and hospitality. If I had seen rooms in advance, I wouldn't pay 7000 for such basic rooms. Hospitality other then restaurants is also very poor.

Was having issue with heritage suit. Room was not up to the Mark and was not well maintained. But staff was so good and cooperative. Especially manger Rajat And Samar took special efforts to resolve the issue.. Overall good property

All is nice... But I still wonder if I would call this place a 5 star hotel... 2 marriages were arranged when I got there... Soit was but crowded rather than fully occupied I must say... Toiletries and basic amenities were not UpTo mark as it should be for a 5 star hotel... Food was nice which I won't say about all Radissons... All in all a nice property in budget less than 10 k... 2 swimming pools.. some sports activities... Rooftop bar is nice

With a few trips to India under my belt and even staying in five or six stars hotels, this hotel is something special all on it's own. This might have something to do with me staying here for a good friend's wedding. :)

Check in was simple and fast; we were allowed to sit down and enjoy some fresh mango juice while we waited. The staff walked us to our room and had a bell hop take our bags. All dry cleaning and laundry services were done very well and very expediently. The food here was phenomenal from the breakfast buffet to the bar right across from the main lobby.

The rooms themselves were beautiful and cleaned very well. We had an amazing view of the pool and I loved the light that cascaded into our room in the morning.

It was a fun filled two days with wedding activities, but I think even without the wedding I would look back on this place fondly. It's going on my save list as a repeat place to stay.

I am coming from 5 year in radission blu, I am commenting from this hotel, my room no. Is **** the service, responsibility, house keeping is 100% poor than the first. I need to call 4 time for menu and than we get the menu then we have had food.......

Really a great hotel, there's everything you would want, a pool, a gym, a spa. Hope you have a great time there. The food wasnt that I great I would rate the food a 3.5 out of 5.

Horrible customer service, I have been to different similar rated hotels in Udaipur and wouldn t recommend Radisson Blu to anyone. Myself along with my family spent New Year s Eve with a mandatory gala dinner which was a disaster. No heating was provided at our table and when asked to one there was absolutely no follow up or response provided. Food quality was not that great either.

Pathetic Service and Food
We decided to take a stay in this Covid situation thinking they will be taking all the safety parameters into consideration. Social disctancing rule is completely at stake when you go for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Food quality is not up to the mark and hygiene issues can definitely be caught. Not at all recommend. Plus the way the staff behaves is just not acceptable. A big NO, if you are looking to stay here.

An amazing property on the banks of fateh Sagar lake. The hospitality lived upto the expectations & the brand value. It's parking friendly too. The restaurant on the top floor is absolutely scenic by the evening. The place is calm & so is the staff. Really enjoyed my stay. Would strongly recommend to catch up with Mr. Kapoor.

Too good amenities and awesome place to live in the resort. Nicely maintained and very good services and rooms are also very cleaned. Very well maintained in the covid situations too.

Too costly for the food and sometimes it s just fine not the best food

Went there for a much needed staycation. Right from the beginning in the entrance we were treated like royalty. All the staffs toom adequate precautions. They were so courteous and attentive . The food was so delicious. Special compliments to the chef. Thanks for making this trip so memorable.

Ambience was wonderful ...food was delicious ...and the lake view was out this world man !..must visit place when you come to udaipur ....I ordered Dal Makhani and Butter Roti !

If you want to stay for work or for a day, its good, u can't spend the whole day in hotel.

This hotel is placed near lake their welcoming pattern is so traditional i liked it and their services will definetly satisfy you and the main thing their bar is open

Very cozy and beautiful place to stay. Hotel has the unique Rajasthani royal look amd feel with very cooperative staff. Location is very prime next to lake and accessibility is also decent. Food menu is pretty diverse but lacks the taste. Overall the place is worth the price you pay.

Amazing place for a friend's wedding. Only criticism was they always seemed to be rationing masala chai as if there was a shortage. Otherwise literally nothing bad to say and the showers are incredible!

Very poor experience, haven t expected such a poor and slow service of the staff there.
We called 4-5 times to housekeeping for any stuff we needed , only then they deliver to your room, very bad experience.

Awesome place to spend your special evening. Staff is very courteous, live music is soothing treat for ears, ambience is nice and with the help of MrFarooq our evening was made wonderful.

It's a beautiful hotel with a majestic entrance, and the famous Fatehsagar lake is easily visible from almost every spot of the hotel, more so if you take the lakeside view rooms! They are short of staff and the service isn't the best, they need to be called at least twice. The basic rooms are mediocre in size. Breakfast was delicious but the in room dining main course was a little oily and not that great. Only a very limited menu was available after 10 pm may be due to covid restrictions. The hotel was clean. The hotel lapsed in maintaining social distancing during meals and it was as crowded as it used to be in the pre covid era. The size of the bathroom was great but the water wasn't quite hot. All in all, it was a great stay with the best view one can expect especially in monsoon but you need to take covid precautions yourself without being dependent on them. Call them directly for great offers instead of using MMT. PS: Udaipur is locked down currently on Sundays with no shops or public places open, so make your arrangements accordingly.

Very good hotel. Rooms with lake view are awesome. Otherwise rooms are small. Breakfast is good. Staff is also good. Outdoor activities are there.

The grounds are spectacular. The staff is friendly. House keeping could be better. At this price point asking for toilet paper and towels should not be required.

Property is made beautifully bear lake fatehsagar but not walking distance . The rooms and bathroom are big and beautiful but housekeeping is wanting .. bathroom was stained and smelling ..The matter was resolved only after and interaction with Mr Vishal Kapur the GM .. before that the staff wld just come and spray room freshner and go . Personally wld suggest don t opt for rooms under the lobby level as it feels like staying in a basement . The spa staff needs some more training plz . The travel desk was very helpful in arranging taxis for us and the food and view at Aravali the roof top restaurant was great .. .
