I stayed there for 3 days in June second week for celebrating my birthday and the experience was the WORST!! The staff is too arrogant, nonco-operative and argumentative. 1. Reception service - Due to some emergency i was required to change the dates of my stay and i requested them to shift the dates to some other suitable dates "as per their discretion" but the staff straightaway denied and didn't take any efforts to accommodate the request as the payment was already with them. Mr. Bharat Bhutani who is incharge of this Hotel and other staff Shreya and Deevyaraj spoke to me so badly and unprofessionally which was so humiliating! Make my trip through which we booked this hotel; tried to push them to accommodate our request of change of dates which is a general practice in hotel industry; but management staff of this hotel did't show a courtesy to understand the emergency 2. Rooms- just because we requested them to change our dates of stay; they treated us very badly when we reached the hotel. they deliberately gave us a faulty room (we came to know from their housekeeping staff that, this room is never given to any guests because of lot of issues) wherein toilet, bath tub was not in working condition,basic toiletries were not kept..for each n everything we had to call and ask them every time. When we asked for change of room; they promised the same on first day but denied conveniently very second day when we were following up 3. First aid support - First aid support is mandatory in all the hotels as per the hospitality laws but when i simply asked for a basic first aid help their staff denied for the same. 4. for the birthdays/anniversaries all the hotels generally offer complimentary cake n room decoration and all the other Radisson hotels offer that but when my spouse requested for it the staff at the reception Ms. Shreya refused in very bad tone. 5. Bad Food, no options for jain veg people and very bad service. This was really a horrible n humiliating experience that too after paying a 5 star rates for this stay. such type of ill-treatment was never expected from such a big brand, i will never recommend this hotel to any one.we stayed at various Radisson hotels ; but we were never mistreated like this at any hotel. I definitely going to complain to the consumer forum for this ill treatment
