The worst!!!! In a week ive had 5 dirty glasses which have been dealt with by saying "oh" and bringing me a new drink on their own time. The food if they get your order right normally comes on a half clean plate and about 20 minutes passed a respectable time. The waitresses are less then helpful when presented an issue. The waitress Shelby is the only reason this review is getting a star at all.

I didn't stay there, I was visiting a friend, I had dinner at their restaurant. Food was not good, wings were so oily. They made wrong pizza, they said someone took our pizza by mistake. It took almost 1 hour to get our pizza. They gave us free soup to compensate.

Internet Is Very Slow I have to use my cell phone Data while staying in this hotel.

Raddison needs to get the absolute top tier internet speed for its business clients in the Downtown Core no excuses.

I was at the Radisson Hotel for a 2 day course in ambassador room B, I believe. I was impressed with the way they treated us. Making sure we had hot water and coffee throughout the day and letting us know what the lunch special for the day was. I would definitely recommend the Radisson Hotel for business meetings

Room was very nice. The restaurant was brutal. Overpriced and terrible food. Steak knife couldn't cut through the fat and gristle in my steak. As a Chef I would never send a dish like this out. Clearly no quality control. Service was as bad as my meal.

My review is on the great customer service I received from Sandi. I was in a bit of a pickle as I had to change my reservation date. Sandi was an absolute pleasure in rescheduling my travel dates and was a great conversationalist to boot. She put my mind at ease and allows me to enjoy my trip to the Peg. I noticed that the hotel slogan is "Yes I can" and Sandi displayed that to a tee.

I am very disappointed in the service I had received staying at the hotel. Check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready until about 4:40 pm. Luckily we had another group of people with us who s room was ready that we could put our luggage and hang out in until then. We got the call our room was ready, so we went down to front desk and got our keys, entered the room and it was muggy and did not smell very good, the A/C unit was unplugged so we plugged it in and it did not work. So we went back down to the front desk and told them, we had to once again move our luggage to the other groups room until they found us yet another room to stay in. We finally got a room after we got back from dinner which was about 8/9pm. I was thinking due to all this inconvenience we would be refunded a night stay or at least a voucher for the buffet or not have to pay for parking or just some sort of compensation but we received nothing. After driving for 8 hours you kind of just want to have a little relax in your own room and not have to wait around for one to be ready. It was very stressful and frustrating and I am not impressed at all.
Also, all 3 rooms we were in were extremely dusty.. tables, chairs, lamps etc.
The bar and restaurant staff were amazing though and the food was awesome.
The signage for parking is horrible, good luck finding it without asking for help and if you have a larger vehicle.

Staff was ok- we booked with an event and breakfast was included but they said it wasn't, but they cleared it up with the event organizers. They only faves us 2 coupons for breakfast per person per day but we had 4 people in our reservation. Rooms were clean. There is no pool. Can't find the ice machine on my floor. Overall was an okay stay.

Very accommodating woman at the front desk, and friendly, helped us with our check out time and got us a few amenities we were missing. Lovely, huge and comfortable King bed in the suite. Pleasant and modern decor. I'd recommend it!

My group (The War Amps) was here for lunch and dinner on the day of the Santa Claus parade, we had the terrace for our meals and meet and greet. I really REALLY liked the food, which was a massive improvement over the fairmont in years prior. The terrace level is one of the best meeting areas I've been to in Winnipeg no doubt, very nice views and access to the balcony, was a very pleasant experience. Parking was not too bad, but what do you expect for being on portage... the parkade was a bonus and it's not too tight for my truck either.

10/10 would recommend for events!

Room was very dirty.. there were stains on the carpet.. and the room was very dirty.. looking at the COVID-19 conditions I was expecting high cleanliness but spending $150 per night, I was extremely disappointed

It took a while for us to check in because there was a group ahead of us who didn't have a reservation and wanted a few rooms. The WiFi also kept disconnecting from my iPhone. The bed was very comfortable and the room, hallways and lobby were clean. 15$ per day to park in the parkade. Close to all the action and great restaurants in the Exchange district!

COVID logistics need improvement. Delivery should be allowed to guests rooms with proper security measures. Parking payment machine seems to have issues with overnight guest tickets.

I have visited this hotel on one occasion. I was visiting with a friend who was staying at the hotel. The Starbucks in the front lobby had good service. It was nice to have this available as a option in the hotel.

Overall, nice experience, except for parking. Parking is $15/day, and the lot is so inconvenient to get into because of all the one way streets! I rented a car but next time I would just take transit. The bus stops right outside.

Great, spacious rooms in convenient downtown Winnipeg. Free shuttle service to and from the airport with a Starbucks on site. Loved having the fitness center and steam room as well. Very pleasant stay.

Nice, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Restaurant was really good. Downtown, so a lot to do and see close to the hotel. Excellent and a very kind staff. I would reccomend a stay at the Radisson Hotel Downtown Winnipeg. Oh, and right across the street from The Bell MTS Place where we went to a concert.

The stay was very good the staff very personable,, especially the security personal on duty for my stay,, he was awesome and made myself and my large breed dog feel very welcome and safe for staying in downtown Winnipeg. The only downside the restaurant was closed due to Covid but that forced me to venture out and the city felt strangley safe after all this Pandemic scare. I had a very safe comfortable stay at your hotel. thankyou

Little Rough!

Little Rough!
We booked a 3 day stay over Christmas as we had travelled into Winnipeg to visit family. I am so sorry to admit we didn't stay the 3 days. In fact, we left after 1 hour and booked at another hotel.

In full disclosure, we travel a lot and are by no means 'snobby travellers', but this hotel did NOT meet the mark for us in so many different areas.

Location:
Location is great and downtown. However, that comes with another issue of security. There were a lot of rough looking people around the hotel, and the bell boy even walks the halls with a security guard. It gave us a very unsafe feeling.

Elevator/Room Location:
We had NO idea that the rooms start at floor 16. Floors 1-15 are actually a parkade. We were looking for something easy to get in and out of, and probably would not have booked here if we had known that half of the hotel is a parkade.
The elevator was noisy, dirty, and a little scary to be honest. We did not feel confident with it. We would have taken the stairs, but at floor 16 that is really impossible.

Rooms:
We did book a basic room (and I know nicer rooms are available) but it was small, dark, tight, and just generally 'dreary'. The bathroom door hardly opened, very tight. The decor has been renovated, but the building/room itself on the 16th floor was very dismal.

There are a few Radisson hotels we just LOVE, and expected the same experience from this one, but unfortunately we did not.
