We attended for a work function. The food was very food and room set up was okay

l had a nice room.....but horrible at give back deposit. Got the room August 30th. l assumed the $100 (actually $115) would be returned upon check out, it wasnt. Called them back right away. Said 3-4 business days it would take to be put back in the card. checked again a week later, still not returned. Called Again to the hotel! said she leave a note for accounting, and I'd have to wait another 3-5 business days. So to this day, over two weeks later! Still no deposit back.

Excellent Location. Great place to stay if you are looking to spend the night after an eventful concert or hockey game. Room are spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean hotel and hotel staff are pleasant. The restaurant on the 12th floor has a wide variety of menu items to choose from. You won't go wrong with booking this place.

It is a very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. The parkade is really tight so don't bring too big of a vehicle.

For the price, the rooms were amazing. Very clean and not too small. Our group would definitely stay there again

The venue was beautiful for the wedding. Catering was just fine. I stayed the night in a suite and it was lovely. Very clean with a modern design. Went to the restaurant and the 12th floor for breakfast and it was pretty mediocre.

Professional staff helped us celebrate at a wonderful wedding reception.

Very nice property, right downtown and within walking distance of several restaurants. There's an adjacent parking garage. Parking wasn't included in the room price though that may depend on the room you book; I'm not sure. Parking overnight was $17 and change, which isn't bad and the room rate was quite good to begin with.

The room was stylish and clean. I was on floor 25 and two things I noticed: no microwave in the room and the TV can't be set to the other inputs so you can't hook up a laptop or other device via HDMI. That's not uncommon but for some travellers it may be worth noting (channel selection was ok; not great but decent).

One big plus was the internet speed; the included Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream good quality video which was a relief after staying in some hotels with awful speeds. I wasn't there long enough to check out other amenities or the restaurant on the 12th floor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Oh and if you're looking for "the book" where you normally find room service menus, local restaurants and other FAQs, and can't find it...connect to the Wi-Fi: all that stuff is on the landing page after you accept the Ts & Cs.

Overall, would stay again if I was looking for a place downtown.

One of my favourite places to stay downtown. Close to all amenities, great restaurant and well maintained rooms.

Overall it was a pretty sufficient room but apparently not for some of the others from the tour bus I was traveling in. Around 4 or 5 families had the scary experiece of walking into a room with other people's belongings in it due to an alleged computer glitch resulting in booked rooms appearing vacant on their computer screens. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs though so go nuts but don't forget to hide your valuables incase you get uninvited visitors while you're gone

Hotel was really a lovely one. The staff were excellent and the facilities very good. The bed was comfortable and the room very nice. The breakfast was also very good, which can be surprising for Hotel breakfasts. I enjoyed the layout and setup of the Hotel, seemed awesome in a modern style. The eating area was top quality. Would reuse this Hotel for sure in the future.

I was there for a wedding. The venue was nice, the wedding was great.

Hotel was great in and of itself, but unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. I understand that it was a busy day when I checked in on a Sunday evening, but at 7:15pm I fully expected my room to be ready. The room had not yet been made and I was asked to wait 15 minutes for it to get serviced. 30 minutes later, the front desk clerk informed me it was done and I could go in.

It was a great room on the 26th floor. Comfy bed. Complementary bottle of water. I wanted to cool that down, so went to put it in my fridge and there was still a box of half eaten pizza in it. Not very pleasant and shows the room was quickly cleaned. I made a comment on Expedia and the GM called me immediately. He was very professional, addressed my concerns and followed up the next day.

I m going to assume room service is not a hotel service, but a restaurant one, so I ll leave my disappointing review of Resto 12 for their page.

Location of the hotel was great. Everything went smoothly from there. I had to extend my stay by a night which the front desk was effective at doing so over the phone, with thanks.

However, I did not receive an invoice for this extra night and upon checkout was told the room was already paid for through Expedia and a receipt could be downloaded from there. Arriving back home, I found out this was not so, so I called the hotel and asked for an invoice. The front desk was very pleasant in assisting me and took my information with the promise of having their supervisor call me back when they figured this out. Unfortunately, I m still waiting for that phone call a week later.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Polite and helpful staff. Right in downtown.

I was there for a work confrence. Well hosted, good food and refreshments. Good facilities.

The staff was very nice. The room was ok, bathroom sink leaked on the floor,and the etop didnt work in the tub but the bed was very comfy.

Bed not on the frame, head board loose, dust all over the counters, TV settings not according to guide, curtains were not hanging right so that already made the room look unkept stains on chair from previous guests plus our breakfast said 3 eggs but both if ours only came with 3 eggs. Could be better

Stayed many times. Staff if always a great help whenever needed.

The not so good: not clean. Remote was greasy when we came in, and everything else had a layer of dust on it.

Room seems nice and clean. Midnight check in guy was rude... well not that rude if I was expecting motel standards. Lucky I could answer his questions quickly so he could get back to his game on his phone

Location is perfect. Right in the heart of downtown Winnipeg so your not far from anything. MTS Center is next door. Exchange District a 5 min drive and the Forks is 10 mins away.

The Business Rooms are great. Clean and comfortable. Fast internet connection for work. Work desk available.

Overall the stay was great. We had some trouble making the heating system work in the room, because there is a thermostat on the wall that doesn't seem to do anything. After baking for an hour in the room we determined that the air conditioner unit itself had the controls. We also failed to get the attention of room service in the evening when we wanted to order cake up to the room, and had to go down to the restaurant to pick it up ourselves after waiting on the phone for about 15 minutes.

Girlfriend wanted to spend the night there. Basically had sex for 5 hours. It was great. The building feels like its shaking. Did not bother to partake of any other amenities. And given that I look like a freak. over the years I have found the staff to be very polite

Booked a 2 bed suite, honestly a lot smaller than I expected. Staff was extremely helpful and kind when I misplaced my key card. (Oops)
Overall they are professional and wouldn't mind staying again. Try the vegetarian burger in the restaurant! Highly recommend!

it was a pleasant hotel and a had pretty good food.

Friendly and helpful staff on my visit. Would have given it 5 stars but the hotel bar served poorly made mixed drinks yet the food was very good. Clean rooms and good service otherwise. Would recommend just don't visit the bar.

Visited for a toy show. Good parking, pleasant helpful staff. Overall a good venue.

Although located downtown, downtown Winnipeg is not desirable. Staff here gets an A plus rating, super friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were ok at best, but clean. We had an excellent view of the city and chose to valet park for $21 per night. The hotel has security because they need it, Unfortunately the downtown core area is not safe. Garbonzos pizza served by the restaurant, also get bonus points. WiFi had decent speeds and connectivity, bed was comfortable. We paid $129 per night on a group wedding rate. If your going to an event at the BellMTS center this hotel is the one. Starbucks in the lobby. FYI No hot tub.

Parking isn't ideal and difficult to find at first. Overall staff is friendly if you need assistance. Darker colour scheme isn't thoroughly inviting either

I can't recommend Radisson Winnipeg any higher than 5 stars, but I just want to let you know that their commitment to customer satisfaction is superb. I made an error that was not in my favor and could have resulted in my not being able to stay, but I explained what had happened and the management and staff supported my trip. I'm grateful especially to Sandi Quinn for her incredible support and laughter throughout it all. I will definitely be back.

We wanted to share our experience with the Radisson.
We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk by the name of Jill. She checked us in quickly at 7 am. We had an issue with our room. We could hear the elevator going up and down. After two hours, we couldn't take the noise anymore. I went to the front desk to see if it was possible to move rooms. After explaining the problem to Jill she moved us to another room within a few minutes making friendly conversation while she looked up another room for us.
When we were checking out, she made conversation about our stay and seemed generally interested in our visit to Winnipeg.
She answered all of our questions, made recommendations and was extremely friendly. It was nice to deal with someone who obviously liked her job. Thank you Jill.
The hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are seeing a concert or hockey game. The room was comfortable and the restaurant food was delishes. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Great section of restaurant. Great services by great staff. Fitness center was good. Architecture was beautiful. I liked the decor. Great atmosphere. Room was beautiful. Great view.

Disappointed. We booked a suite which was suppose to come with warm appetizers from 5-7pm but there wasn t any. When asking for hotel services like extra linens or anything no one could bring them to our rooms because there was no staff to bring it.

At 670.00 for 2 nights the hotel should really be properly staffed and benefits such as the warm appetizers shouldn t be announced at the time of booking if they can t guarantee it ll remain by the time of your reservation cause then what purpose is the special lounge on the 29th floor if there s nothing special about might as well just hang out in the lobby and get a slightly cheaper room.

Anyways just a few let downs but ok if you need to stay close to the MtS centre

Check in was quick and easy. We got a standard room, which looked fine at first, but was actually quite smaller than I had expected .

Really excellent experience! Very clean, courteous staff, loved it! I needed a microwave to sterilize baby bottles, but my room did not come with one. I requested one at check-in and they said they would see what they could do. About an hour later, housekeeping DELIVERED a microwave to my room! I ordered room service through their web app and the wings were incredible! The food was all very nicely presented also. I also ate in the restaurant twice and the service was fast and food great. One egg was served a little undercooked, but they quickly replaced it. Great coffee too. Taxis can take a while, but the front desk is great at ordering them for you.

The bar on the 12th floor was lovely and the service was good

I've stayed here twice. The king room is super nice. The double room not so much. The desk chair did not rise and was stuck in the lowest position. Not to comfortable for a 6' person.

Its a decent hotel in a not great area of town. Be careful outside the hotel and youll be great.

Rooms were clean. Had slight issues getting into our room, but staff were good about it. Wish the curtains closed so we could sleep in a little later.

Was ok, but was asked what floor I wanted on arrival, so I asked for the lowest possible because of the dogs. I was then told they only had 28th floor!! Why even ask!?
View was nice though

Went to the Radisson for the New year's Eve gala and had a great time! The music was great and we danced all night. The food was good, not great but good. The staff at the event didn't really seem to know what was going on when asked questions about certain things. But overall it was a fun evening.

The hotel is nice. I felt like a hobo in a t-shirt. The room was clean. However, I slept horribly because of the provided pillows. By morning they were totally flat and my neck suffered. The bathroom was spacious. The placement of the toilet paper, under the sink counter, was unrealistic. Children would never be able to reach. Finally, I loved the deep tub, but burnt my foot. The tap runs extremely hot. I found it to be a blessing because I love hot baths, but a curse because it really was too hot.

The maintenance guy is amazing!!!!!! A screw fell out of my glasses and he didn't have a screwdriver small enough, so he made one with a grinder and a piece of metal!!!!! Awesome!!!

Just went to the Resto 12 to take out some Chicken Fingers and House Salad, but for 18$ the portions provided were super tiny.
