I felt like the night staff looked down on me, the bathroom had peeling drywall tape and buckling seams behind wall paper, and the main room had buckling seams behind the wallpaper. There were no shoe or make-up cleaning wipes in the room. The location is excellent when access to the exchange district is required, but $18 to park overnight was unwelcome.
Come in Radisson hotel and you will say these Relax Enjoy Escape.
Was held at gunpoint while having a smoke before checking out. Not the greatest area, continuously harrased while outside of the establishment.
This has been my home away from home for the last 7 weeks- staff have always been super friendly in the restaurant and hotel- very happy with my stay and will be happy to get home to Vancouver on Friday for warmer weather haha -thanks for making my time here more tolerable.

Since leaving the Radisson they have charged my room twice. I have been waiting 4 days for them to call me back. I'm out $1200+ because of it.
Event was well done. Parking was a bit hectic but that comes with downtown events.

Room with a great view 23rd floor is amazing! Clean and good size room, double bed x 2. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Ladies at front desk customer service superstars! Also, Starbucks in Lobby. Hey hey! Close to all downtown shops and eats. Great location.

Room provided was insufficient in size. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Complimentary water is always apreciated. Parking was a bit tedious but serves its purpose. Overall a pretty good experience.
Visited the Radisson for a work event. Staff were incredibly nice, polite and friendly. Space was clean and seating was comfortable.

I had a great stay in Winnipeg!! The staff was very friendly and provided helpful tips for city attractions. The hotel was clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel, value for money.
Internet didn't work for 3 days. They kept lying about they are fixing it.

The room was pretty nice, the staff was really sweet and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was on the first day I hadn't been in the room for more than an hour and I noticed what seemed like eye makeup on one of the pillows. Kinda grossed out but the rest of the room was really clean so I figure the maids cleaned the room and changed the sheets and comforter an just put the pillow back on. Sadly that can lead to health issues some people use pillows to support their legs while sleeping which leaves the pillows near unwanted areas and leaves the potential for pink eye or other health problems. All bed dressings including pillows should be changed before a new guest. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Thank you.
The Radisson downtown is always a nice stay. The staff are very professional and accommodating. Rhonda the banquet manager was especially great! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I look forward to working further with the Radisson Downtown Winnipeg!

2 stars due to service staff and in accurate advertising of what is included. I saw online that there was a breakfast included for one type of room package, upon calling to in require about this breakfast and what type of breakfast I was transferred multiple times (4) and put on hold. This simple phone call about the breakfast took 25minutes to get an answer. In which they were rude to me. I finally got the answer, so I booked a room with breakfast included (see photos) which was probably not worth the value or hassle. There were three of us and the room only included two breakfasts even though I booked for three adults. The room was nice, NOT well cleaned though there were items under furniture that we only noticed upon leaving. Parking is not included - it is $17/day. I would only stay here again if you must be close to down town for some reason. Or I d book another downtown hotel.

Very clean, and great view of the city all lit up. Bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. Restaurant was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a small maintenance issue, which was made note of, and was offered a treat from the on site Starbucks for my (minor) inconvenience. Was sad to have to leave. Looking forward to another stay if my group holds another seminar nearby.
Fantastic spot, right down the road from the MTS Center. Tons of locale, like the Exchange District and the Forks just blocks away
