Things started off well until Rick Duval went missing in action for 6 weeks. Despite numerous attempts to reach him, such as daily emails and phone calls for 2 weeks straight, I was forced to retain new counsel and I am out $3,000. He did not reply until I advised them that I would be reporting them to the NYS Grievance Committee of the 9th Judicial District. They are crooks. Stay away from this firm. These other 5 star reviews with no narrative are obviously fake.

We had a few issues from the lawyers. Slow to handle and resolve issues. Our lawyer, had to issue an ultimatum to ensure that the work and our concerns got resolved. The office itself is centrally located. They have ample parking space. The staff here are really nice. Make you feel comfortable.

If we could give ZERO stars we would. We were very disappointed that we went to a partner with a important case and they gave it to a "kid" who just passed the Bar exam a few month prior. We lost the case because our attorney was completely unprepared and over matched. Our only other experience with McCabe and Mack was a case where they represented the other side. This time we beat them. If you need a good lawyer don't hire them. If they are representing your opponent you are in very good shape.

Dan Stafford was the most professional and best dressed individual in the room. Thank you Dan. We appreciate your help and feel your fees were very reasonable.

Don't be mislead by a couple of poor Google reviews. This firm is top notch. I am an attorney and have had numerous cases with McCabe and Mack. They are consummate professionals, totally prepared and very well versed in the law as well as the facts of their client's case. They are respected by the local bar and bench (Judges) wherever they practice.
