Very nice stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very nice staff. Unfortunately no pool or hot tub. Will certainly return.

Super friendly staff, gave us everything we forgot, super comfortable beds, gave us parking for following day while we were at event without charge. Had an amazing time with my boyfriend! Definitely will be back.

The lobby is small but the staff are very accommodating

Great hotel centrally located in the city. There is a mall yep blocks away and an arena a block away for entertainment. Clean rooms, big tubs, amazing views and amazing customer service.

I went for starbucks within the hotel. It had a clean lobby but otherwise I don't recall much.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. The view of the city was phenomenal. Comfortbale beds. Very secure and safe building and safe parking...all require key card access

Solid hotel with good service. Rooms are comfortable but dated.

Great stay and right in the middle of city. Staff was fantastic and will return during hockey season,right next to stadium. We ate at the restraunt and view and food was amazing. Can't wait to return.

Clean, good staff, location was fine. Starbucks located in lobby. Access to the indoor path from hotel unless there is an event at the MTS centre. If so, then have to walk about 200ft to the entrance of the MTS centre to get to the path. Cold walk if it's the middle of winter.

Stayed here for my first time in Winnipeg and it was great! Wonderful location, immaculate interior, friendly staff and great accommodations.

Secure building you need to use your room key in the elevator for additional security rooms are a good size beds are comfortable always a front desk staff person 24 7 restaurant inside the building AC works awesome

Loved the hotel and the room. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was almost perfect. The only problem with the room is that it was really warm. We set the thermostat as low as possible but it never got anywhere near that temperature, it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The other problem was the airport shuttle. By no means should anyone plan on relying on this service. It's not noted on their website but the front desk said that the shuttle doesn't run after 10pm. There were none available when we landed at 11am, and it was late leaving the hotel for when we scheduled it to the point where the staff asked us where the driver was. Also, I sent an email to the Radisson from their contact pane on their website to ask about the shuttle and they never got back to me. Great location though....

Will not be staying here again. Forgot something in the room and have been trying to get a hold of someone for multiple days. Nobody will answer the phone or return any calls when you leave a message. if you're looking for a very mediocre room with terrible customer service this is the perfect hotel.

Great hotel. Parking is nice, and for events it's the best

There playing the Goldeyes. Got us in rooms almost immediately coming off the bus. Rooms are very nice and staff is very friendly. The Starbucks in the lobby is very convienent.

Conference room was clean and well maintained. Staff, pleasant.

I was very disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. Very dusty, garbage behind the cabinet from previous people, found a fork under the bed. Food and drink splatters on the wall, drinking glasses were dirty. Lobby was full of drunk loud people. But was happy to see there was NO bed bugs..

It's a clean and the hospitality is great, and its close to most places that are convenient to shop.

APRIL 23, 2017. 7 PM. I went inside the lobby and took the elevator upstairs to the 12 floor for the washroom. The staff at the front desk told the security to follow me. He followed me into the washroom. He waited for me outside of the washroom and followed me into the elevator. I asked the front desk why he followed me. The front desk told me that the restaurant is only for guests. He lied. This morning I phoned the restaurant and she told me that it is open to the public. I was lied to, and I was stalked. Ideally, I would like to get legal counsel. Also, why would anybody want to stay here? It is a gross grey colour on the outside. The lobby is small and uncomfortable. Most of all, it is right downtown, not a very safe place. Never walk around at night. Save your money. Save your dignity. STAY AWAY.

Great place, here for training. Services have been stellar. Would love if there were saunas aswell but only a minor detail

Was there for Keycon 35, all Radisson staff is super nice and courteous.

Sketchy characters all around this area... use caution if going out at night. Hotel is OK, one elevator was broken for my entire 2 month stay. Made for very long lineups.

Nice hotel, if a bit run down here and there (like curling wallpaper). Fabulous staff. So-so restaurant.

Never had such terrible food before. The restraunt looks really nice but the prime rib is extremely fatty, the chicken seemed to always be undercooked and the pasta dishes were always oiled up with some nasty oil that tastes disgusting. The hotel staff weren't very friendly. The one elevator seemed to have a lot of issues and the staff don't seem to care when you tell them of your experience there. Place needs alot of work. Rosa from the cleaning staff was great and even tho there are issues, the rooms and hotel look really nice. The location is also right downtown which is nice but it comes with a lot of traffic, on foot and otherwise. Not to mention it's directly next to the Bell MTS Center so if your heading to a Jets game it is a perfect location.

Food was okay, elevators were fast, rooms were clean.

We were there for a banquet. Service was very good and the front desk receptionists were very helpful. The soup was delicious!

BED BUGS!! My kids and in laws were woken up in the middle of the night because of bed bugs!!

Under the influence of sodium pentothal, I confessed to my crimes, and on the side, revealed this is the best hotel in Winnipeg. I'll be thinking of that comfy queen-sized bed while spending the next 18 months in Headingley.

This place has big comfy beds. Awesome people working, clean place and deep bathtubs.

Staff are great! Food is not bad! My room is near elevator I hear it running up and down all night...microwave in hallway with naked man heating up food that's a new one for me...lots of homeless in and out...sketchy area but I like it because staff are friendly and they room care of me! Thanks to the staff at the hotel!

Beautiful spot close to Bell MTS just a quick 2 minute walk....

Cant really complain about the service. It was fast and friendly and tasty .
