Front desk service was good on arrival but when I got to my room there was dog hair all over my bed covers. I told the front desk and they got it all fixed up for me. Went to take a shower later same evening and within 2 minutes into my shower I was standing in a pool of dirty bath water as the shower drain was nowhere near keeping up with the water flow.
It has a nice view but it is dissapointing for a supposedly 4 star hotel

Nice and close to everything downtown. A block from Burton Cummings place. Hotel was nice. Hotel service was alright. We ordered room service and the food was great! Room was nice and clean. They do offer valet parking. It is $27.00 extra. Room rates are decent! Nice city views.

Absolutely love the fact that they have a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are so clean and the beds are extremely comfy. The staff are so nice. They also have valet parking which is great for the winter. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've stayed here on two occasions. First off, the signage and signage for parking is TERRIBLE. The parking is actually atrocious and confusing. We just ended up using the valet service each time because it was the easiest option. On the first occasion the hotel messed up our reservation and we had to move rooms. Second occasion, we ended up with the correct room, but the hotel seemed confused and left a note (after entering the room with a do not disturb sign on the knob) while we were out at supper for another guest and some sad dessert for that guest in the fridge. We were woken up at 12 am from the front desk to inform us that "our pizza arrived" when we didn't order any pizza whatsoever. We were quite relieved to check out and agreed we would never be back. The only reason I rated two stars is because the hotel did apologize for their mix ups and compensated us for our troubles. But, there are far less stressful options in the city.

Beautiful rooms with a beautiful view!! We were accepted after a long night of searching for hotels after the campground was full and we had bad experiences with the downtown cheap motels. It was a great place to rest our weary heads. They even provided water bottles in the room!! Definitely will stay in one nice hotel on every road trip, as it was lovely to live in luxury for a night.

Room was clean and modern. Not new but we'll renovated. Had lots of standard amenities, fridge iron and board, etc and a nice non standard one, bottled water in the room. Staff was courteous, and knowledgable. Parking was in a secure facility accessible from the hotel.

Always stay at super 8 hotels. They accept my Visa debit over the phone and let me pay how I choose. Without a credit card.

Anyhow, booked a room friday night for 2 nights online. Called the hotel to confirm as my 259$ was taken from my account. Was told the only way I could pay was by credit card, so I cancelled and took my business back to super 8.

This one location in Winnipeg I've stayed at a dozen times, and now they wont even take a deposit from me, just pay for the room. I'll never support at Radisson when ever I travel.

The staff are always friendly, and will bend over backwards for you. We hold a convention there yearly for the past at least 10 yrs and they have always be fabulous. The suites are fresh and comfortable.

Loved my stay here! The room was SO quiet - I don't know if this is slow season and many rooms were empty, or if the walls are just that thick, but either way I had an amazing sleep because of it. The bed was comfy, and the room was spotless and check-in and after the cleaning staff came in during the stay. The bottled water left in the room was a nice touch, too.

With a Starbucks in the lobby and it's ideal location downtown, I couldn't be happier with my hotel choice for the weekend.

I use this hotel for business stay but the cleanliness is not the greatest! Sheets are changed but the floor is vacuumed superficially. Furnitures are never dusted as I ve stayed at different rooms during my stay. Washroom are quickly wiped but not disinfected. I d recommend bringing your own sanitizers to clean surfaces that you will be touching. If you have dust allergy, well good luck to you! Last night I asked for a microwave but didnt get an answer until after 1 hour when I went down in the lobby to find out that a microwave was not available. Location is great. There are homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel that are typically harmless. Travel in groups at night!

Have always stayed here in the past, general areas have declined and was not impressive. but rooms where great clean and comfortable. Staff was accomodating but not concerned about the loud party complaints. Skyway is now pointless and not convenient.

The longer you stay, the slower the service so it seems at the restaurant. Word to the wise, don't push your luck eating the chicken if it feels a bit too rubbery. Others in my groups have had security concerns (as the rooms are cleaned the doors are wide open, not necessarily with the maid still inside the room). Muggings out in front of the hotel and of course the stabbings. Not really their fault but traveler beware.

I stayed on the 28th floor and had a great view of the city through the large windows. The room felt sleek and modern, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy. The whole hotel felt elegant, from the lobby to the four elevators, with a piano on one floor adding a nice touch. The free parkade was a different first impression, looking worn down and dingy, but according to the signs posted, it was about to undergo renovations. I ate a late afternoon meal at the restaurant, and received my order very quickly. The food was good, and I ordered some delicious wings from room service that night. The staff was always friendly, and while I never used the guest laundry, I put the small but effective workout room to use. Overall, I had a great stay and would gladly stay again.

Attended the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting on the "T" terrace floor. Great open venue spaceous enough for the 100 or so attendees. The lunch buffet was a tasty blend of greens, pasta, grains, and meat as well. Would happily recommend the location for any business gatherings.
